Dr. Proctor is excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable and listens well.

My initial visit was very comfortable and informative. Dr and nurse explained everything in a direct and easy to understand fashion.

Dr. Proctor, Dana, the lab, and the nice folks that check you in are the most caring and compassionate people. We are both thankful to them all.

Awesome doctor and staff , they always exceed standards and I am very satisfied with the care that I receive from them.

Dr. Matthew Proctor is the best doctor in East Texas! Just when I was about to give up and lose hope (This was my last scheduled appointment before I just quit trying to seek medical attention all together...In my situation, Terrible Idea.) He dropped the bomb and we are currently establishing a game plan to keep me on this earth a little longer than expected. He goes above and beyond. I owe it to this guy. I can't explain what it feels like to have a real doctor talk to you about your real problems and then develop a strategy that incorporates all elements of the problem that makes sense. I was deeply troubled by a Dr. Ricky Reynolds who acted like we were a couple of antagonist that had to fight each other to win a solution. I was hospitalized with serious problems including uncontrolled hypertension and dramatic neurological symptoms spending four days in the ICU. And the neurological doctor, Reynolds, told me I was crazy and needed psychiatric drugs. Dr. Proctor invested a generous amount of time and chose a completely different path that made a whole lot of sense and VOILA! relief was on the way! Matthew Todd Procotor rocked my world! And now my life is back on track! Dr. Matthew Todd Proctor is my hero. Please consider getting his perspective if you have a medical problem and prepare to be amazed!
