Dr. Matthew Brian Troshinsky

Allowed my young adult child’s Crohn’s disease to get so bad that he had to be hospitalized, even after a couple of trips to ER. He should of been pro active with biologics, I will never forgive him.

The staff and drs are extremely friendly compassionate. However I ran into a problem and it just was not being addressed properly. I was given information given medicine and out the door . Wrong, when I tried asking questions even tried to tell them the medicine was too high I got no response . Honestly it felt as though he did not want to see me as a patient . I never got conclusive answers and a treatment plan , this caused so much anxiety in itself . I had to literally do my own research second opinion to try to get answers and go about treatment and life style changes . My last appt was obvious he no longer wanted me as a patient it was on the phone not in person to follow up and now to tell me something else, as they were almost half hour behind . I asked for certain testing as well . At the end of what seemed as a 20 minute call talking in circles I realized he was saying I was better off seeing someone else which I already was seeking a second opinion. He also began the conversation stating I’m in the office and the nurse is too to hear everything, now of course I should have realized this was not working out . The dr is very polite but that’s it . I left with no answers but a feeling of frustration and treated as though I was an idiot . Biggest mistake ever very disappointed . Knowledgeable; clearly provided information; thorough; likable. I would like to continue to work with him to resolve my issues. Only difficulty is with follow-up. Who-ever is in charge of following up on his recommendations, making appointments for procedures and making sure prescriptions are ordered fails to do so without repeated calls from me to make sure it is done. Communication between office and Dr. seems inefficient.

Dr. Troshinsky is by far one of the best physicians I've ever met. I've been a patient of his for many years and he always puts my mind at ease. He is very compassionate and understanding of your condition, explains it in a way you can understand and what has to be done in order to provide you with the best treatment options. I would highly recommend him !!

Very happy with Dr. Troshinsky. He has a great bedside manner, is very easy to talk to and ensures that my questions/concerns are always answered.

Dr. Troshinsky is a great doctor but I would definitely check around for colonoscopy prices before I go to their center. The anesthesiologist charged my wife more for a 20 minute colonoscopy with twilight anesthesia than I was charged for my daughters 1 1/2 hour surgery with general anesthesia. That does'nt make any kind of logical sense. BEWARE!

Dr Troshinsky is gentle, caring and a good communicator! He acts like you are the only patient in the world, yet I know that he is very busy.

I have been going to Dr.T since he started his practices back in Baltimore ,MD. over 20 years ago. An I have sent family members to see him also. He cares for his patients health and well being.

He is the kindest, most gentle doctor I've ever known, and I've seen dozens and dozens over the years. He should be called the Patient Whisperer because everything about him evokes calmness. Both my husband and I see him. He's a rare gem in this growing world of don't have time enough to care doctors.

I would highly recommend Dr. Troshinsky he is one of the nicest doctors in Easton. his bedside manner is excellent he can put a nervous patient at ease. he does every thing he can possibly do to find the problem of his patient, I could not ask for a better doctor .takes his time to explain his findings and or reason for why he wants to run a certain test.
