Everyone was so nice from the people at the check in area to the technician. They made my experience very pleasant.

Dr. Wilner never keeps you waiting long and when he sees you he speaks to you using understandable terminology.

Extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Front office lady was rude to my mother (also ended up double charging us). Ended up paying $250 for the man to be in and out of the room in one minute and did not provide any help at all whatsoever. My family doctor I visited before AND general surgeon were 100x more helpful than this person. I had to wait a month in pain to get an appointment and this man just made me wait longer for real help and caused my condition to get worse.

Great clinic. Always got an answer presented in a caring way.

Dr. Wilner method, knowledge, skill, outcome = 5 star.

I cannot imagine a better medical doctor than Dr. Wilner. I have been a patient of his for more than five years and I have had excellent medical care. Every aspect of medical care from many discussions to actual medical work has been great. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who requires his medical specialty

Dr. Wilner is exceptional and the entire staff are friendly and efficient.

Have been seeing Dr. Wilner for over 10 years for bladder issues and kidney stones. He is an excellent doctor and really cares about his patients and his staff are so friendly and very competent also.

Dr office and space very clean. Staff are respectful, prompted, very informative when addressing services. Well over 5 years of being under Dr Wilner's care, so satisfying with my treatments and follow-ups. Thank you Dr Wilner and team.... God Bless you all......... Delbert G

Dr Wilner has always had my best interest as a priority.I appreciate all he is doing for me and the care he is giving me.

Dr. Wilner is a wonderful physician. He is personable and he explains everything he does and why he does it. I would definitely recommend his services.

It’s been 3 years since my surgery. Haven’t had any complications. With the help of the Lord Dr. Wilner’s team did a wonderful job. I definitely would recommend them.

Did not like his bedside manner at all.

I wouldn't mind if he were to give some indication of the cost of those items he is prescribing, e.g., is it a $50 item or a $2000 item. I guess doctors don't do that.

Front desk person was very unhelpful and rude with us regarding an Insurance change. She made me call to verify my benefits for my husband because she said she couldn’t do it and their benefits person wasn’t available. Everything was fine when I got the verification from Insurance. Dr. Wilner and his nurse are wonderful. Dr. Wilner has treated both me and my husband and is a great Urologist. The checkout person was friendly. Dr Wilner has always been an knowledgeable and a warm and concerned professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr Wilner is definitely on top of his game. He has been "spot on" with diagnosis and treatment and has a dang good eye, too. He's one of the best Urologist out there!

Dr. Wilner was excellent. Answered all my questions. Gave an in depth diagnosis and my options, but most importantly, he listened. All of the other staff members were also excellent. They were very pleasant and took care of business professionally.

Anthony is very good. The office staff are all warm and friendly. Dr. Wilner always checks in on me. They have made this whole experience bearable if not pleasant.

Dr. Wilner is angry and hostile. Very poor attitude. I explained to him that my hearing is not good and that made him antagonistic. I appreciate his ability but not his attitude.

I went to the office for the first time today and was very impressed with the nursing staff as well as front end people. Very nice people and experience.

Excellent staff and doctor

I have never been treated so badly by a doctor. Dr. Wilner was unkind the moment he walked into the exam room. He fussed at me repeatedly because I forgot to put my mask back up over my nose after looking at my phone in the exam room. As soon as he came in and said something I immediately pulled it back up and tried to explain the situation. But he kept lecturing me about it. I kept saying that it’s up now, to no avail. I went to the restroom and began sobbing. A kind nurse whom I told about his behavior was helpful, and gave me her card, saying I could call her if I needed to. I am a cancer patient in chemo, and he was aware of that. I cried for about 40 minutes after the appt. The other people there were nice and professional. I would go back to that group and see a different doctor. I will never see Dr. Wilner again. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor. Matt Wilner was rude, offensive, unprofessional, and generally obnoxious. On top of that, the procedure he performed had to be redone, and the surgeon who performed the "repair" said that the initial surgery was "very poorly done" (his words, not mine". Bottom line -- find a COMPETENT urogolgist, which is NOT Matt Wilner !

I saw Dr.Wilner and over all the staff was very polite and so was Dr. Wilner. Wait time was about an hour. I am giving three stars because overall I got a lot of information from the doctor and he explained everything well but I did notice he was rushing through the appointment did not give me the chance to ask questions, but I did have one of the nurses have him come back in so that I can do so. If it wasn’t for him rushing through my appointment and if he would of given me the time to asked my questions without making me feel rushed I would of probably had given him 5 stars. Dr. Wilner is the worst Urologist in Dallas. Do not go to him. He traumatized my mom. He has terrible bedside manners, no empathy, and just about allowed my mom to die. Perhaps he's burned out, but he needs to find a job that doesn't jeopardize someone's life. He is mean spirited and evil - someone over in his practice needs to do something before he gets you guys sued. Because of Dr. Wilner, we have changed all of her specialty doctors from Presbyterian to UTSW. Dr. Wilner is the worst Urologist in Dallas. Do not go to him. He traumatized my mom. Probably one of the most condescending doctors I’ve spoken with in a while. While Krysta at reception was SUPER nice and VERY helpful, the rest of the office is subpar. Had to jump through hoops for three days, reschedule 3 times on account of the office and by some miracles as able to be seen. The wait for the doctor was long, as it is for most offices, as soon as he came in I feel he had already made up his mind about me. The entire time I was with him he would ask me what’s going on, interrupt me more than once, make condescending comments and talk to me like I was 5 and had no idea what was happening. Started out very rude and cocky at first. Then got little better later.

Dr. Wilner is very smart and listens well.

Office staff treated me terribly after asking me to come in early due to their error in scheduling.

Dr. Wilner has treated me for years for BPH and low testosterone. Great to work with, very competent.

I have frequent kidney stones and have been seeing Dr. Wilner for almost 20 years. He’s the best! Always so caring and friendly.

He was rude and did not take time to explain what he was doing and appeared indifferent to your concerns and just a little strange.
