I was able to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and patient.

Dr. Windrow is an exceptional doctor. The staff are all outta this world nice and welcoming as well!

Dr. Matt Windrow does not take his time with his patients. He comes in for a couple seconds, asks your symptoms, then proceeds to prescribe some type of medication and "see if it works". He has never spent more than 3 minutes in the room with me. I have been going for 3 years complaining of the same pains in my head and he just always prescribes some medicine. Never recomends maybe seeing a neurologist or any other type of doctor. Just "Well, let's see if this medication works". Dr. Matt Windrow does not take his time with his patients. Apart from having lengthy waiting times in the past 3 years I think the staff deserves a pat on the back for their services throughout this pandemic

Went to get a blood test done to check on my early pregnancy on Monday the 29th of January. I was told my results would be ready and my doctor would call me by that afternoon. I called more than 10 times and was told dr. Matt windrow had the results on his desk and he’s busy he will call me when he can. I miscarried on the 3rd of February. It is not the 4th of February and I still have yet to receive my results. I have had so much trouble with this clinic they do not care abt their patients. Sometimes people have a taff day you have to concentrate that if you are talk in a good mood and also we are human everyone has one of those days ???? but the staff is ???? ???? wonderful and helpful and will fine the answer for you

Appointment was set for 1110 over the phone. Upon arriving i was told it would be 1120. It is now 1140 and i am being told it will be another 30-40 minutes. Most unprofessional wait times i have ever seen from a medical clinic. 1150 theu just moved me to a second waiting room. We will see how long this takes. We are now 40 minutes past my orignal appointment time. It is now 1206 and im still in the second waiting room. It is now 1220 and i finally got called back to an exam room. Always a wait, but is everywhere I have ever been. Best cash pay rates around for a physicians office. In three years and five visits, Nobody has ever been rude. So anyway, Dr. Windrow is worth the wait. He is courteous, with good listening skills. Was vigilant to take care of my health and concerned about my wellness. I will be back over and over again because the inconvenience of some waiting or whatever does not outweigh my need for a quality Doctor who asks questions with genuine concern. I've used Dr Matt for years and years... Great Doc.

I didn't visit the facility, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and offered no help to schedule us.

Appointment at 9... Show up at 8:35 sit in first waiting room 30 mins before being called to fill out paper work.... Sit n wait another 30 mins before being moved to a SECOND waiting room... Now here it is almost 2 hours later still havent seen the Dr. Cant wait till i never have to come back to this poorly run clinic.

Hondo clinic has the worst customer service! The front desk is terrible and rude. Very unprofessional and no one is cross trained which makes your experience here the WORST. Lack of communication in all departments so no one knows what’s going on with their patients. The front desk is here just for a paycheck not to provide patient care. The last time I came here I was having breathing problems and the front desk had me WALK myself to the ER to be evaluated for a heart attack/stroke even though I had an appointment scheduled and I was next to see the doctor. Good thing I didn’t die in the parking lot. If you want good patient care DO NOT come to this clinic!!!! The front desk will turn you away before you can even see a doctor. Dr. Matt Windrow: Super awesome doctor! He is an amazing and caring person. He has taken care of my children since we moved to Hondo area and still kept him as our family doctor when we moved to Uvalde. The office staff is wonderful and they do all they can to make sure my children are taken care of. I would totally recommend that office anytime. In an event Dr. Matt Windrow is out of the office Dr. Zach Windrow will totally take care of him. I have the upmost respect for the Doctors and staff. Dr. Matt Windrow: Super awesome doctor! What is the point in setting an appointment when you get there about 20 minutes early and still have to wait 2 hours and still haven't been seen. ????

Would never recommend them at all. The intake lady was extremely rude and lazy. This was a walkup service this past Sat. and we were 2nd in line. We filled out our paperwork and then waited 45 minutes as 6 other people who came in after us were seen before us. When I questioned her she offered to give our cards back and to leave. Just flat out lazy & did not like being questioned. Small town politics in the doctors office. Most others she knew and spoke to them completely different. Doctor??

Dr. Windrow took care of me when I needed antibiotics on short notice. He even changed them when I told him they were making my stomach upset. He really cares about his patients and wants to make everyone feel their best. He loves his job.

After initial paperwork was completed wait time was reasonable and was seen by the Doctor within 10 minutes of getting into the exam room. Dr Windrow was friendly, thorough, and professional. The office staff were also courteous and friendly.
