great doctor!

Dr. Rowland is one of the few doctors I've met that will look you in the eye, and you know he is actually listening to what you say. He provides practical, well thought out treatments and advice. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rowland is awesome but unfortunately the clinic has terrible front desk staff! They made us wait OVER AN HOUR because the front desk said they DO NOT verify insurance and WOULD NOT take my new insurance information. Even though when someone called to verify my appointment I had explained the situation to them and they told me to just show up 20min early to update my information, which I did by the way, and I still had to wait over an hour before they allowed the MAs to bring us back. According to the woman at the front desk she doesn’t know how to do anything nor does she have any interest in helping paitents. She would not take the shot record (even though they ask you to bring them to the visit) and she would not take the form that I needed to be signed by the doctor for the daycare my son attends. The front desk is the first point of contact for the office and they make your experience at the clinic HORRIBLE with their TERRIBLE attitudes and lack of interest in providing exceptional patient care. Have not yet seen him for myself but fixing to see him for my back he has been seeing my mom and my step dad for years so hopefully I will be her to f good results since I'm driving 3 hours from so much in need for some relief

I've been sick for 10 years and been too one doctor after another finally with Dr. Rowland I'm getting results and treatment. He seams to be in medicine to help patients not just to make money or hand out pills. However his knowledge of pharmaceuticals is very in depth. Highly recommend and have recommended to family and friends.

I came to him with concerns about my son and he totally dismissed my concerns. He said if my son -who had a fever at that point 4 consecutive days- was still running fever Monday to make an appointment and they will see what's wrong, this was Thursday, and " don't take him to the ER until his fever reaches 105"!!! What???!! A toddler with a 105 fever??! I ended up taking my son to San Antonio and found out he had pneumonia and had to behospitalized!! What a joke of a dr!not to mention rude staff
