My visit was awful.I have to totally agree with the other respondent.He is arrogant and does not listen to the patient at all. No wonder he is the only Dr or PA in that practice that had openings. He cuts you off when you try to ask question and if he does answer he makes you feel stupid for asking. I will NEVER see him again, even if I am deathly ill. If there were a minus in the stars that is what I would give him.

Dr, Wiza was very unprofessional rude arrogant. Did not listen complete waste of time. Dr, like him should never be allowed in the field. Hopefully he get reprimanded complaints will be filled on all people involved

Dr. Wiza was rude, dismissive, and made me uncomfortable. He didn’t listen to my concerns or answer questions. I had to get a second opinion in order to get treatment.

I will only ever go back if I can see a nurse or PA. I saw Dr. Wiza today for the first time; he had horrible bedside manor, and does not care. He genuinely acts as though you aren't worth his time. The rest of the staff is wonderful and kind.

Not even worth one star. Of the two times I’ve seen Dr. Wiza (I usually see the PA and she’s great) he made me feel like an idiot for asking for help and uncared for both times. I had to repeat myself multiple times because he wasn’t paying attention to me and both visits were rushed and seemed to be an annoyance to him. He’ll just send you to an expensive specialist, it’s not worth having him as a primary care doctor Not even worth one star. Dr. Wiza was rude, offensive and abrasive. He told me outright that’s his nature to be direct...ie; rude, offensive and abrasive. He didn’t listen to anything then told us we needed to make an appointment for a physical even thought we already had a physical weeks earlier. He barely filled out needed forms which were sent back for more information from Excellus. He became angry when I told him his attitude stunk and that I wouldn’t return unless my special needs daughter who he was working for was moved to the other Dr. in the practice. I have reported him to Rochester Regional Health and Excellus. I recommend avoiding Dr. Wiza at all cost. He’s not worth the one star I had to give. Horrible experience and the first, second, third and final one. This was the first time i ever had to correct a Dr. in multiple issues over three visits. I wish i had read the reviews. I used to be a patient here and had an awful experience. Dr.Wiza was very rude and uncaring. He never listened to what I had to say just pushed prescriptions on me. Then when I filled out a release to have my records sent to another office he refused to refill my antidepressants. My appointment with a new PCP was months away but he said I was no longer his patient so I went cold turkey off my antidepressants and had a really rough couple of months. I personally love this office and everyone in it! Dr. Wiza is great with my entire family - we have three girls. He always listens to what we have to say, has helped us get answers when my middle child was having digestive issues and makes me feel like he actually cares about us. Friendly and took his time with me. Answered all questions. Staff was friendly as well.

He never did half of what he billed for. Never did a diabetic foot exam and I am a diabetic. Never took a family history from me. Spent time telling me what he would and would not prescribe. Told me the difference between a Internal medicine doctor and family medicine doctor. Asked for a continuous glucose monitoring device was told no because insurance won’t cover it and I would need to see a endocrinologist never was referred but then was finally after I asked for one to be sent to the pharmacy and I was going to pay for it the script was written for only the scanner then the PA Lori refused to write for the senders saying I needed to be followed but yet the Dr had already wrote for the other part. He does not know what he’s doing if he does not know what to write for. I work in the medical field as a biller and cider so anyone who sees him watch your bills they are billing more then he’s doing BEWARE!!!

Dr. Wiza never listens to me, he rushes through the visit. There is no follow up on testing he does. Forget getting any help from him. The only reason I continued to go there is because of Lori McKee RPA-C she is the most compassionate health care professional I have ever had cared for my family and me. She has been reassigned due to COVID, no one knows when she is coming back. So it is time to move on. The staff is great too.

I arrived for a first time appointment. He told me he was disappointed and stated there's already 1 strike against me because I missed my first appontment with him (which was because of work). I told him I was interested in getting blood work done but he told me not to worry that people usually start getting blood work at 30 years old (I'm 27). Then I saw all of his bad reviews. Dr Wiza is very arrogant and likes to do the minimum to help you. He would rather pass you off onto other unnecessary specialists than help you himself. Today he refused to help me get a new glucometer (type 1 diabetic) and insisted I see an endocrinologist for one. This is totally not necessary to pay and schedule time off work for something that could be done today. He has also refused to help me with another preexisting condition that my previous physician did and once again insisted I see a specialist for a medication my last doctor prescribed himself. I took my daughter here who was a little over two months old at the time to see Dr. Wiza. She was having some trouble with switching formulas. Dr. Wiza was beyond rude. I was explaining to him what was going on with her and he told me to be quiet and when he was ready for me to talk told me now I can speak. The appointment was a complete waste of my time. I brought my daughter into the office were there is sick patients just to be told what I asked them on the phone to switch back to her old formula. When we were leaving I said I will call if I have anymore concerns and he says I'm sure you will all rude. I knew right there I will not be returning and switching to a dr who cares about their patients and there concerns. After all that's what a good Dr is for. I will not be bringing my daughter back there to someone who can careless about a infant and their mother's concerns. He was my doctor and he REFUSED TO SEE ME! Expressed concerns with my health and even tried to set an appointment with another doctor but Wiza was the only one available at the time. My grandma suffers from severe hip and kidney problems. She went to this Dr for help and he does anything but that. Tells her to go to emergency when she is having problems, does not listen to her problems and will not prescribe her anything at all. This Dr is arrogant and does not listen to your problems.. sad that these are the Drs we have to look forward to.

I recently started going there ive seen Dr wiza a few times and he does not seem to care about anything thats wrong with me ive had a cough for several month rattling when I breath o have Candida in my esophagus that's been there for months and months causing me not to be able to eat plus yeast growing on the corner of my lip that wont go away ive tried otc meds and nothing works, the worse is my depression and anxiety ive been on meds for 20+ years and now is the only time I haven't been on any meds they won't give me any they dont care about my schizophrenia depression nothing, I'm in constant pain from fibromyalgia chronic back pain trouble breathing 24/7 and instead of making a pointless appt with them to do absolutely nothing I stay home in tears, and i have 4 kids to care for but this office is a f...... This doctor seen me in 2017 along with np. Brenda Spencer and I had a little lump on my neck so during my physical exam he wiggled it and told me it was a fatty sist not to worry about it. Weeks past and it was growing so I had an appt with Brenda Spencer and brought it up and again wiggled it and said it was a fatty sist. I got a new doctor in Jan 2018 and had testing done on it and it turns out that that little lump that grew was cancer and had to have a 7 and a half hour surgery and currently am undergoing cancer treatment. I had a lawyer contact them as I was trying to sue for malpractice and the office told the lawyer I was never a patient for 5 months and when my records did surface there was no mention of my neck being examed so they erased my record. These doctors were very rude and unprofessional and almost killed me. If I didn't have the cancer found or removed when I did I was given 8 months to live! gave me medication that i have said i can not take and is in my chart that it made things worse. does not listen to well to mine or my husbands issues. bedside manner is horrible. he doesn't even look at your charts i had a month in between medications and he told me that i must be feeling a placebo effect because i was there 2 weeks ago. no. do not waste your time he may just give you the wrong medication too !

Ive never dealt with a worse doctor. He’s terrible. Poor attitude, poor people skills. I honestly don’t know how this guy still has a job. I would give him less than a star if I could.

Does not care about his patients. So sad that his name was even given to my by my last PCP when he retired.

Horrible, Dr. Wiza is and not worth 1 Star based on my personal experience!! He is cocky, negative and Unprofessional. I was a patience for a while until a divorce and things changed for me! Due to my Ex DB, and my children still being his patients I decided to move on to another PCP. As a few years went on I checked on my Child's well being with Dr. Wiza and he changed his demeanor and treated me like Sh** beneath his shoe! I told him he better loose the attitude and we had 50/50 joint custody, do Not add insult to injury or be cute with me! I wouldn't refer him based on him judging and casting stones due to a Divorce. I have been looking for a new physician for a while, I found Dr. Wiza and I'm very pleased with his services. He will answer any and all of my questions. The office staff is very friendly and also helpful when having to reschedual an appointment. I have even reccommended him to my stepson.

Does not care!!! Charges me half hour visit and told me how he was and would not be the doctor I transferred from (retiree). Ask him about things "it's topical" Now it is spreading Andy I have tried everything and it won't go away!! Pretty sure it's poison ivy but he said no!!!

Very inconsiderate of letting patient explain themselves. Don't try to reschedule an appt, because it will held against you. Tells patients he has many other patients to attend to. When I last checked, I was one of those patients.???? I would not recommend, and sorry I ever did in the past.
