If i could give a negative rating i could. He is the epitome of unprofessionalism and derelict in his responsibilities. He bills you for services he does not provide. He does not return phone calls. He does not follow up for test results. He does not have an RN in his office, so the poor overwhelmed secretary spends her time mediating his gross neglect. If at all, he does little to no hands on exam, yet bills for it and documents that he did. Most insurance companies would call that fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR. UPDATE, NOV 2021: Since changing to a new physician, turns out blood work is abnormal and has been abnormal for the past couple of years, and it was never addressed by Aggarwal. Now mom has to go for a bunch of other test to find out if there is permanent damage or if something worse has been missed. This is malpractice on Aggarwals part. I transferred as a patient to Dr. Aggarwal approximately 8 years ago after having had the same Dr. for approximately 26 years. Dr. Aggarwal and his staff have always been very kind, attentive, proficient, and professional when meeting with myself and my son. We have always had the best care and anyone we have referred to Dr. Aggarwal has always thanked us for the referral and feels the same way. Less than adequate, would give a negative if I could. Billing for scheduled appointments, never there when needed, always told to go to hospital. This doctor just can't be bothered. His receptionist is uncooperative and rude. Doctor never follows up, always >there with rushed prescheduled appt, then misses things like shingles, and 2 days later, reiterates, "go the the hospital "

Take time to listen, detail oriented. What I like about my doctor is he is not quick on giving medicine but focuses on lifestyle first. Accommodating and caring.

Nice man, but he’s never in and cancels appointments all of the time. When I was in HS and I needed help with anxiety medication he was always out golfing or on vacation. It took until my senior year to start on any sort of medication. 6 years later and I ask for my immunizations for a job opportunity and they send over half of the records, causing me to have my start times pushed back in the middle of a recession. Again, he’s a very nice man when I actually had appointments but his unprofessionalism is absolutely atrocious in a position where it is paramount to be professional with your patients. The Dr. has always addressed my concerns in a helpful and timely manner.

this man has been my doctor since i was a baby and i think he's good at his job. i'm 16 and he's helped me and my family through a lot.

my husband and i have had great visits and extra time with .Dr. Aggerwal. We have been with him for 14+ yrs. He is very knowledgeable about things that we have questions about. I would reccomend him.

Doctor Aggarwal is a textbook narcissist who has no regard for others. He is a doctor because of his ego, not because he wants to help people. He is also delinquent on his child support and would rather treat himself to expensive travel than take care of his FOUR children.

I would not take a chance with this doctor. After waiting six weeks for an appointment he cancels at 730am for a 930am appointment. They close early and have no other doctor back up. If he does not like a person you are dismissed and told to get another doctor, yea he is very "mean" as a person and flaunts is MD, but acts like a rookie while pretending to care. The front desk lady is the worst I ever encountered, I rate her a negative 3. I was there 4 times for paper work then waited 5 weeks and they cancelled. Forget about Friday afternoon appointments, they close at noon. They must care about their weekends and not the patients. Don't take a chance, there are better doctors. Dr Aggarwal was just working at the ASAP clinic in Brockport and informed me that if I cared about my child health I would have gotten here sooner and he refused to see my daughter because they closed in 5 minutes. He also told me that he still had 4 kids to see yet he was walking to his car 5 minutes later and no one had left the office. His attitude and manners were horrendous! I would NEVER recommend him.

Not recommended. After forms and waiting 5 weeks for an appointment the doctor cancelled me two hours before my appointment.They close at noon on Friday so they could start the week end. My pain was of no concern to this doctor. The front desk lady has no phone, telephone, or people skills.This doctor is "mean" if he does not like you or what you say he dismisses you and you must get another doctor, honest he is "mean". He fakes being nice but neither cares about new patients. NOT RECOMMENDED
