Never returned urgent calls for his help

I never write bad reviews. But this office washed their hands of my 70 year old father (their patient). Refused to see him in his time of need. He had to talk to unfriendly and rude receptionist, couldn't even talk to a medical professional. They gave him Tamiflu without seeing him, which made him much worse. Good doctor who cares about his patients needs.

Staff not helpful, nurse rude, doctor does not value patients.

While my mother was well there was no problem with the doctor or the staff. She was Dr. Garg’s patient for 20 years. They were competent and professional but not necessarily friendly. Once she started to have age related problems, we found they were limited in their ability to help her. Dr Garg is rarely available; I end up seeing nurse practitioner more than the doctor. He has made 3 major medical errors resulting in serious complications. I have left his practice.

ONLY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT MONEY. ALWAYS HAS TO GO IN FOR SIMPLE REFILLS ON MEDS. AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY WOULD NOT CHECK MY VITATALS. AND JUST DOSNT SEEM TO CARE.

So many staff changes over the last 6 months, been a patient here for over 10 years and the only reason I stay is due to there new very energetic and knowledgeable Medical Assistants they have recently hired. I was searching for a new doctor due to Dr.Garg's extremely rude and dismissive behavior which also applied to his MA who barely gave me the time of day. I was in for a visit recently and was greeted with a smile and their new medical assistants won me back over.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Garg for a number of years. We've always found it easy to get appointments, and wait times in the office are minimal. Visits are short, but efficient. He pays careful attention to our medications and is quick to respond to any concerns regarding meds, health issues, etc. Here's a hint on how to get the most from your visit: (1) COME PREPARED: Write out a list of your specific symptoms, concerns, etc. and present it to the nurse upon arrival. This will save time and will assure that important concerns do not get left out. (2) If your meds are not on record, prepare a list with the name of the med, dosage and other info. (I keep a card with that info. in my wallet in case of an emergency). This is particularly important if you have meds from more than one MD. (3) If you are not satisfied with the outcome, notify the office so they can schedule a followup. Finally: I've noticed that reviewers on other sites have complained about the office staff seeming "unfriendly." I haven't experienced that. They are busy people who are very professional. Dr Garg is nice, but good luck scheduling an appointment with him. Mostly you'll be seeing the nurse practitioner, who is dismissive, unhelpful, and lacks the knowledge you'd expect of a professional. However, the worst part about this office is the staff. They are outright rude, smug, and miserable. Their equipment looks like it's from the 50's. They will try to schedule you for as many unnecessary appts as possible to rake in the insurance money. Avoid this office like the plague.

Frightfully incompetent and ethically questionable. I really didn't think that several healthcare visits could elicit a 1-star rating. Alas, I was wrong.

Abysmal --. the nurse practitioner often filled in for the doctor. This place was orders of magnitude worse that any health provider I've ever visited. Not only were they contemptuous, and condescending, they were also incompetent. These people should be investigated.
