Dr Baxley is very good but her office staff is a mixed bag. You end up dealing with office staff as much as the doctor at any place .Some of them especially “Sue” are really rude . instead of just rescheduling they shame parents. Being a pediatric office I thought they would understand if your child doesn’t stop crying , Or that because their parking is really busy, you had to park really far away and you got late. I had someone talk to me very rudely when I took my son for his first appointment as well, but I decided to stay because Dr Baxley was recommended by a family member. Some of the people like Frankie are really nice and helpful, but I don’t want to take a chance because it seems I get the rude people more than the nice ones .if a pediatric office doesn’t understand the post partum issues that a mother has to deal with or a baby who doesn’t stop crying in a car seat, they are really not worth the hassle. ( I changed our pediatrician this month after being there for one year)

We have been coming to Dr. Baxley for years for my three kids. She listens and takes her time with us and is very proactive with testings that may be needed. It’s easy to get appointments and her staff is always very friendly. The kids and I love Dr. Baxley and her staff, they are the best!

Dr Baxley and her whole team are lovely, wonderful and knowledgeable. As a new mom, they listen carefully and entertain all my questions with genuine care and compassion. Would recommend them to anyone!

We love Dr. Baxley so much. We trust her implicitly. Her and her team. They are all wonderful. They know us, remember us, have a special personal touch and I trust their care and recomentions 100%. When my little guy was born and she came to the hospital I was so happy to see her I almost cried. She even paid attention to me as someone previously connected to her new patient. We love her and if ever moved would travel to see her.

Dr. Baxley is WONDERFUL!! She takes the time to explain everything to my husband and I when it comes to our son and his care. She is an amazing Dr and I will remain loyal to her and her staff!

My husband died 6+ yrs ago(mauricejspagnoletti.com) and my only child has some ongoing medical issues and unfortunately constantly sick. A year ago when I was very frustrated with my pediatrician at the time our kidney surgeon recommended Dr. Baxley - BEST DECISION. Dr. Baxley is BEYOND AMAZING..so kind, supportive and very much one of the best doctors now caring for my child. She is so thorough and truly exceptional. I highly recommend her (and all her wonderful staff) Marisa Spagnoletti

Amazing doctor, can't say enough about her. She has done things like come in when the office is closed to see my daughter when she had a high fever. She loves what she does and it shows.

Dr baxley is fantastic! She is a true advocate for her patients. She addresses all concerns and knows each and every child. She also spends the time at every appointment going over everything and making sure you’re comfortable. So many positive things to say about her!

I've been with Dr Baxley for 12+yrs. I have four children and trust them only to her! She always listens and forms a relationship with each child and the parent. She truly knows my children and cares. I am so thankful she's my children's pediatrician. She can take very complex medical topics and explain them to me and then break it down for my child. She has always been right!
