It felt like he was breaking my jaw when he was pulling a molar his brother had messed up years before. I do not trust any Higbee with my mouth. They wouldn't let me keep my tooth. Hide the evidence of bad dentistry. Made trusting a dentist again hard.

Great service they got me I'm extremely quick All the staff there was simply amazing the basing the dentist has obviously obviously been identified his whole life or an extremely smart man amazing at what he does with a sense of humor while doing it I was in the worst excruciating pain from having 2 absence teeth 4 months

Dr. Max has many yrs of practice in C.O. He is very friendly & personable. Nice staff also. Over looking park( Sam Johnson).

I've been with Max Higbee for 34 year's. He's the very best dentist on the planet. Love everyone of his staff. They all are down to earth and real people.

He broke one of my teeth during a consultation. I just wanted a quote for dentures. His methods were barbaric and very painful. Ripping and stabbing at my teeth just to see how brittle they are. His demeanor was cold, silent and uncaring. What a nightmare.

Everyone there was very nice, personable and professional! Great atmosphere! Best dentist in Central Oregon!

Most horrible experience of all time. Max higbee broke my jaw extracting a tooth. Then simply sewed it up saying nothing. Went in 2 days later due to massive swelling, terrible taste, vomiting and much more only to be misdiagnosed with a "little pulled blood". He removed stitches and told me to stay on antibiotics. The next day I was in the hospital having emergency surgery due to a massive infection that had spread to the bone and the removal of a foreign object. Had to have part of my jaw removed due to the infection spreading. Object ended up being the missing chunk of my jaw bone. Dr Schock in bend is amazing and had me eating solid food 12 weeks later. Max Higbee is very uncaring and rough! I had no idea what he was doing to me because he didn't talk to me at all. The staff and other dentists are great though. He needs to retire, I will never let him touch me again it felt like he almost broke my jaw!

Max broke my jaw extracting a toota. Went in 2 days later with massive swelling, oozing, fever and so on. Told i had some "pulled blood" from the stitches being too tight. he removed stitches and sent me home. The next day I was in the hospital having emergency surgery due to a massive infection and foreign object removal. Dr Schock (amazing) removed the foreign object (my jaw bone) and had to remove a large chunk of my jaw. Took me 12 weeks to eat solid food angain and still paying thousands.

Dr Higbee filled a cavity when the xrays and another associate of his stated my daughter's tooth needed a root canal. He drilled the cavity and filled it in less than 5 minutes which is dangerous to the tooth. He sent her home with an infection and a tooth that needed a root canal. Two days later when I called saying she was in pain I was told I was no longer a patient because I had asked questions to Dr. Higbee. He is unethical and incompetent I would say stay clear.

The dentist and his assistant were fine. However some office staff were not good.

They had scheduled me on a Monday and on Friday previous I was in pain. They got me in on that Friday and got me in for emergency surgery the next day. I've always been nervous about dentists but no longer. I don't remember my surgery and can't wait to go back.

Caring and professional. Explained issues and procedures clearly. Very understanding of my fears of all things dental.

WORST experience ever! Maybe he's more caring and gentle with his regular adult patients, but I had to take my 6 year old son to him for an emergency. NEVER EVER EVER take a child to this man! ZERO compassion, completely cold, uncaring, I would say even mean, AND he almost forgot to ask ME if he could actually do the procedure he had already started. And those were the ONLY words he spoke to me throughout the entire HORRIBLE experience! I will NEVER go there again, and I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else other than to Max Higbee DDS. The staff was nice, that's the only nice thing I can say about it. Dr. Jade and his staff were wonderful! I didn't feel a thing!

Dr. Cherington is an awesome dentist. Not only has he treated me in the past, but his caring attitude towards children and teens make him an excellent asset to any office. Max is awesome. He always has a great story or joke to put you at ease.

Dr. Jade is so great!! He makes the experience fun and my kids LOVE him!! He can even make balloon animals! Yay!! What kind of dentist takes the time to do something fun for kids like that?! Dr. Jade does!! I will never go to another dentist!

Dr Jade is an amazing dentist! My whole family loves coming to see him, local and from afar. My daughter loves the balloon animals he makes and everyone agrees on the kind and gentle dental care he provides. I recommend Dr Jade to anyone who is in need of a great and gentle dentist,
