I had a crown pop off late Tuesday night and the staff were able to fit me in the next day, which was greatly appreciated! The staff is always so friendly and Dr Parsley is outstanding in his work could not be happier with our family dentistry.

Best dental care in Central Oregon!

Everyone is kind, happy and very knowledgeable. They squashed my anxiety and made me comfortable.

This is a very "people" place...it's comfortable-feeling to be here, as well as professional....people doing the right things for the right reasons... It's refreshing!

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles! They are all very professional!

All the Folks at HFD are absolutely top of the line, financially, some awesome personalities as well as thoroughness. Couldn't have had a better experience with Dr. Parsley and the whole staff.

I've been going to Dr. Tony's off and on for some time. He is a very nice dentist and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I like how he explains the procedure he is about to do for you so there aren't any surprises. Everyone who works at his dentistry is friendly and they make you comfortable and feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Highland Family Dental.

I absolutely love this dentist office! They are professional, kind and accommodating. They treated both my son and daughter with so much kindness. We weren't another number and I am very appreciative for that. Not just that, but I happened to be in the office when an unhappy customer came in and the way the situation was handled in front of me was absolutely impressive. They were so kind and so understanding with the patient, which resolved the issue peacefully, and it was so refreshing to see. If you want your family members in good hands Highland Dental is the best choice. Quality work and care is all I have seen.

Best experience I’ve had at the dentist. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My hygienist, Haley, was the sweetest and made the experience so extremely pleasant.

I had a good experience there. I am embarrassed and in pain with my teeth and everyone was so kind. My girl Heather was wonderful to me and explained what my procedure would be and made me comfortable. The office staff did the paperwork so I didn't have to stress on that. Kind and caring.

Dr. Parsley is an incredible dentist, as well as a kind person. Every staff member I have interacted with has been proficient, friendly and courteous. Cara, Amy and Ashley could not have made my visits any more pleasant if they tried! Today I had a crown done. Dr. Tony again, was absolutely wonderful; patient, supportive, and proficient. Jade, his assistant was professional, and very sweet Stacy, the receptionist, was lovely, professional, and efficient. I enthusiastically recommend Highland Family Dental if you want to have a positive dental experience.

Dental hygienist is extremely professional with an enormous knowledge in her field. She seems very personable and was a joy to be around. I would highly recommend Hailey as a referral.

All the staff were very professional and efficient. The dental assistant, Jade, did an excellent job with x-rays, with no repeats. She took the time to explain all to me. Dr. Carreon was very thorough, explaining to me all that needed to be done. I highly recommend this dental office.

I called Dr. Tony's office yesterday to see if I could get in soon. My night time mouth guard was cracked. The office got me in today. He repaired it for free & no charge for office visit. My first visit to Dr. Parsley's dental office was fantastic! Very professional office, extremely empathetic and careful to meet your needs. Insurance was taken into consideration and more than willing to listen and work with you in regards to your concerns. I would recommend Dr. PARSLEY's Office to everyone.

Dr. Tony Parsley is hands down the best Dentist I’ve ever found. He took me in years ago on an emergency tooth repair and he’s been my Dentist since. I’ve referred several people too him. His staff is awesome. But most importantly I trust him. He knows exactly what he’s doing and does fantastic work.

Last night a crown came off during dinner. Fortunately there was no pain but definitely some sharp edges. Highland Dental got me in for an appointment within two hours. I am terrified of going to the dentist so I was hesitant to go to an office that did not offer sedation options. Regardless everyone at the office was wonderful at putting me at ease and reassuring me throughout my entire visit. Dr. Michael was able to reattach my crown in hopes of avoiding a costly, and likely painful, procedure. My only issue was another patient came in while I was in the waiting room without a mask and it was completely unaddressed. I understand the mask debate is on going but as a compromised person I count on businesses to enforce masking guidelines. Most especially at medical/dental offices.
