If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Unprofessional in every way.

I just moved to Martinsburg and I am looking for a PCP. Seems like all the reviews are GREAT, so far from what I'm reading. I will give these guys a call here and see if I can get in.

Dr Khajavi is the most compassionate and empathetic doctor I have ever had. He has very sweet, professional staff that are eager to help answer any and all questions you may have. Dr Khajavi has exceptional active listening skills and takes the time to address any concerns and has a ton of patience when identifying solutions to health concerns and/or healthcare inquiries. I have been a patient of Dr Khajavi for almost 10 years and I've followed him to a few locations and I couldn't and wouldn't recommend anyone else but him for your healthcare needs! He's truly a blessing! If it weren't for him recognizing my severe hypertension, I wouldn't be here writing this review. The staff is very friendly. The nurse on doing my initial check up was very nice, patient and explained everything to me very clearly. The doctor is very sweet and empathetic. He takes the time to explain and listen to your concerns.

My first visit. All the staff is very nice and professional, young girl (sorry don't know their names yet) (receptionist) very sweet and upbeat; the female doing my intake information (I think RN) - very thorough, nice, and professional. Best doctor ever hands down! His staff and him are all AMAZING. He takes time to listen to your concerns and gets back to you in a timely manner if you have any issues. Thank you for taking such good care of my health care needs.

Excellent physician, very responsive and cares tremendously about his patients. Goes above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of his patients.

Dr. Khajavi has been my husband's PCP for over 15 years. Excellent doctor, and we trust him completely. He listens and explains things well, and answers all questions. He refers to specialists when needed. We highly recommend him.

I had to reschedule an appt a couple times because I have an autistic son that is sick a good deal... my script ran out and they would not refill it not even to get me to the appt day. Was told by another Dr. that I could NOT go without my meds for a day but still refuses to refill even a 7 day supply. The Nurse/Secretary was very rude, inconsiderate and she did not have any person skills. The best family doctor there is! A fantastic bed side manner and compassionate. Our family has been with this practice for 10 years now and are very happy... We'd recommend to anyone.

Dr. Khajavi is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to you and cares about your health and is very thorough. He never tries to hurry you out the door and takes the time to give his best care. His staff is super nice and I never have to give my name as they always remember me each time. I saw Dr Khajavi today for my first appointment. I decided to switch primary care doctors after my family physician of 25+ years acted like she wasn't taking my health concerns seriously. As with anything, I was somewhat nervous going in for this initial visit, but at the end I knew without a doubt I had made the right decision. Dr Khajavi took the time to listen to my health issues and was very thorough in his explanations as to why I may be feeling the way I do and what each medicine did in working to help. Best Dr I have ever had!!! I have many health issues and not a person that goes to the Dr like I should. Dr Khajavi always checks into what's going on with me to see what new or old condition is going on and fixes me right up. I am not the best patient as far as keeping appts and such but he checks me out ....when I do go to appt and continues to keep me going with all my issues. If you are having health issues this is the right Dr to see to get you back on track and feeling better.

Dr. Khajavi is very professional. The Dr. listens and explains his course of treatment very clearly. He doesn't ignore your questions or concerns. There is no hesitation in his decisions to refer you to another doctor if the need arises. Caution: The staff needs to be checked up on for any procedure. I have visited Dr. Khajavi's office several times and each experience has been exceptional. I have had quite a few doctors over the years and Dr. Khajavi has been the most caring and attentive doctor that I have had. He is a man who truly cares about his patients and it shows. Never to rushed with visit. During my visits he takes his time, talks to you about any concerns you may have and always takes time to go over his plan of care. He has vast knowledge in all areas of medical issues as well as correct medications for your situation.

Been a patient for almost 3 years.Totaly in disbelief to have a doctor treat me so horrible.Still crying since I left there this morning.I definitely will not step foot in there again.

He is HONEST. I am afarid of doctors. PTSD. He calms me. When I go, I need not worry. For he is all that and then some. I pray to have him till my last breath. Dr. Khajavi has been my dr for 8 yrs. I have been very impressed with him and his staff. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and does what it takes to resolve the issues. I never feel rushed during my appointments. I recommend him to others every chance I get.

Dr. Khajavi has a wonderful bedside manner and a very professional manner. When I first moved to Martinsburg and was looking for a doctor who could help me, with after 10 doctors and a handful of other specialists, Dr. Khajavi looked at me and said,"I may not have all or most of the answers but, I a sure you, I will be here every step of the way with you, as I will do my best to help find out every we can to help." He has done that!!! Thank you Dr. Khajavi!!!! The staff is awesome also!!!!

seemed very unprofessional. I always felt he was hearing me but simply not listening to me.... he also would walk in the room greet you with a hello before seating down in front of his computer once there just would type and read as you talked...never or very rarely would he even look at you.Office staff lied about getting my medical records.... said must have been problem with my old Doctors Fax machine... twice! when calling the office you never get a live person you must first leave a message
