Dr. Hill and her staff are very professional. She has been our family eye care physician for over a decade and we are very happy with her care.

Dr. Melanie Hill has been my eye doctor for many years! I have always been treated very professionally by her and all her staff. Dr. Hill is a sweetheart and all of her staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I love Dr. Hill. She is very kind and professional. The staff is amazing. I enjoyed my yearly visit to the eye doctor.

This was quite literally the worst experience I've ever had having an eye exam. Melanie Hill is the most rude, impatient, insensitive, and unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of meeting. I would give zero stars if possible. Do not go here. Valdosta and Tallahassee are worth the drive to avoid this nightmare of a woman.
