Dr. Payne accepted me as a patient transfer after my former Dr. retired. She has been a Godsend. I feel so fortunate and blessed by God for directing me to her. I was so afraid that I would not be able to find another doctor that would continue my treatment that I had been receiving for the past 21 years with my previous doctor, but Dr. Payne did continued my treatment. Today I was having an emergency situation but it was the weekend and Dr. Paynes office was closed. I figured out how to get a message to Dr. Payne and she immediately went beyond the call of duty and turned a bad situation into a life saving situation. On the weekend! With compassion! She is an excellent Doctor! I praise God everyday for directing me to her. J. S. Carter

Dr. Payne is kind, and very respectful of your situation, and connects on a personal level with her clients. She helped me when I thought there wasn't any help left that I could find. She really helped me, when I didn't think it was possible. I wish I could talk to Dr. Payne every day; she has great listening skills and loves to communicate back with you. Dr Payne cares.

There was very little waiting time. Her bedside manner was amazing. She didn't rush and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Payne is a terrific doctor. She takes her time and makes one feel like they are the most important patient she has. Very meticulous.

I have seen her one time,she is very caring.,great patient manners, ,knowledgeable,she seems to know more than any Doctors I have seen,I am truly impressed,a female version of Dr. Marcus Welby,an old tv sitcom show,he was great doctor on TV!!

Dr. Payne has been wonderful to me but her receptionist Haley, has a horrible attitude problem with no polite social skills. She has been rude to other family members as well. I'm sure Dr. Payne is unaware her patients have horrible customer service with Haley, to the point of not wanting to return as a patient. Administration isn't competent in billing/coding policies and procedures. Billed $350 for routine annual lab work and It's been 8 weeks of run around to get it fixed.
