Above comment makes me lose confidence in google review sometimes. I had periodontal surgery and Dr. Melisa is wonderful. I do not like to wait and behind schedules. But most important thing is whether I get best treatment and care. Medical procedure ran behind is not unique situation. I prefer let the doctor to be late and perfect done. I am glad that I did not read that review before I went to Dr. Melisa because I trusted my primary general dentist and her referral. After 2023 completing my first half periodontal surgery and wrote above comment. Recently in March of 2024 I got opportunity for second half of periodontal surgery. It is wonderful beyond my expectation. The reason is because I have had reaction to one tooth in bone graft previously in my regular dental office. I showed the skin reaction to Dr. Melisa and Dr. Melisa was extremely cautious and followed up with me while I told her everything is fine since I had it before. Even more I had extremely bad facial infection by the bacteria from same area. As a PhD in biology science I have done extensive medical science research and have exceptional understanding in biology or disease. I feel the surgery by Dr. Melisa probably has saved my future life because she cleaned up those nasty bacteria area. I just want to say THANK YOU here to express my deep appreciation which cannot be measured by anything.

I thought that I have written the comments after service and do not know why I cannot find now. Dr. Melisa did great Osseous surgery and highly skilled and efficient. I am going back for another half soon. Highly recommended

Was told to enter th building and have a seat. I was early, but 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I still had not met or been greeted by anyone. At this point my confidence was lost, and I made the decision to leave. If you value your time do not go here.
