No one answers at all like they act as if there busy

Very very worst experience... front desk receptionist are very unprofessional, unhelpful, and no smile when they are handling a patient. Dr yunus nothing understand without money, she doesn't no how to maintain patient privacy Policy. When patient saying there problems something personal dr Yunus talking so loudly that others people's who sitting on the waiting room they can hear ???? everything. They don't have appointments system, so if you sing in at 12pm you should wait till 3 to 4pm.. So after few visits I changed my Pcp and start going to another PCP and it was best decision for me. The nurse practitioner Barbara Richey gave me grear medication that made my tooth infection clear up. Good nurse practitioner.

One of the worst clinics I have seen. Very unprofessional. They have no sense of time and organization. They will bring the patients early but will not call your name until hours later. They are always unprepared. Doctor and Nurses use search engines to find answers to common questions. Brought my mother for a checkup and will jever go back to them. This clinic is a joke. Great clinic, staff are very kinda and always helpful. They help my family make appointments for imaging studies and always follow-up with results. I like caring doctors like Dr. Yunus. Thank you for your service

Worst staff I've ever come across. The doctor herself is a great lady but all the staff there are clueless and extremely rude...wish dr mahraj can find some competent people for her front office

Dirty office and unprofessional staff. Makes you wait for over 3 hours. The doctor is a joke and only wants money from insurance. Never seen such disgusting place like this. They even send your medicine to wrong pharmacy. Please avoid this place and run away.

Maraj Yunus no doctor only need money from insurance. She having two office she never there for patient. She coming to office like guest and she yelling to much to the work lady . These is the worst Doctors office I’ve ever been to. Very very unprofessional and so dirty that you feel like your in a third world country refugee camp. All Dr. Meraj wants to do is make money. She doesn’t care how dirty and filthy her office is. So if your sick and don’t want to catch anymore diseases stay away from this doctors office. This is the worst place to get a job. Dr. Maraj is very very cheap. She pays way less then any doctors office in the area. And she goes crazy if you don’t punch out on time even if you still have patients in front of you. She has a busy office and she’s so cheap to keep extra help and that’s why the patients complain of them being slow at the front and in the back. My sister works for a different doctor in Hamtramck and he takes very good care of the staff from buying lunch everyday for the staff and giving bonus’s through out the year. Plus when she comes to the office and drives everyone crazy with do this and do that. Chill man everyone is working very hard and she yells at the staff if they don’t call and bring in patients. Don’t know where to start from... this office Doctor is so unprofessional it’s not worth wasting your time there. The main doctor Dr. Yunus is never on time to her office. I sat in her office for a good 4 hours till the doctor came in. then we had to wait another hour to see her cuz she wouldn’t shut up from talking to the staff and yelling at them. They can do so much I don’t blame them. I had to take off work that day cuz of her being late to see my father in law. he was very sick so I had no choice but to wait to she her. From this month I’ve changed his doctor to Dr. Mercy. I will drive an extra mile to go see her then wait hours to see Dr. Yunus and take off work every time. Never she’s in on Saturday days to any of her offices. My husband can take his father in on Saturday cuz his off on the weekends but again she made to much money ripping of all of us bangali patients that she doesn’t worry about coming in on the weekends anymore. Worst clinic ever! Receptionists are clueless. You always see a different doctor who has no idea what's going on. I’ve been a patient Of Dr. Yunus’s since she opened her first Office in Hamtramck. She’s a very knowledgeable doctor and I referred all my friends and family to her. The staff is friendly and helpful.

GOOD QUALITY SERVICE PROVIDED WITH EXTRA HELP LIKE TRANSLATION AND ETC......IT IS ONLY COMMON FOR THE WAIT TIME TO BE LONG AS THIS IS A WALK IN CLINIC. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH WAIT TIME BECAUSE EVEN IN THE ER, YOU HAVE TO WAIT COUPLE HOURS!!! THIS IS NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WHERE YOU GET FAST SERVICE!!! Illegally directing customers to to pharmacies she is hooked up with. Even if you ask her you want to go to a diffrent pharmacy she will still send to her "buddies". I will fire a formal complaint.

Worst doctor in my life. People in her office are so uneducated. They don't do nothing and make people wait in line. One lady is so lazy. I asked her a question and she asked me to wait.

Uncaring attitude, Doesn't listen, unresponsive, Poor recommendations, Did not even bother checking BP, or body temperature. Prescribed medication just by looking at me. After taking the medicine for couple times, I felt dizzy and almost lost my balance when walking. Then i went back to see doctor and report it, Doctor says she did not even write/prescribe any medication which left me with no other choice but to change my primary physician. I would never recommend doctors who do not care for their patients. Be aware people.
