Dr. Redwan Uddin

The receptionists are very rude. I have called multiple times and have been cut on.

I wish I could give them less than 1 ????

This man Redwan doctor did not givee the wifi password when I took my sick father and mother in during my work from home hours and did not really assess my parents' health issues and FMLA paperwork. I'm switching PCPs. Never again.

This doctor does not even deserve 1 star. my son has a heart murmur and needs an ultrasound. He is the doctor under my insurance. I go there for the first time, he wouldn’t even take a minute to listen to my sons heart or even give a chance to get a referral for an ultrasound. He told me he needs a diagnosis first for my son. Who else would give a diagnosis besides him???? Isn’t he the doctor? He even told me these exact words “ who told you to come to me” “ why would your insurance pick me” worst doctor on the face of this earth. Very rude. Very insensitive. This place should not be open . Horrible horrible horrible service.

One of the worst place

I went to him for my sciatica problem. He just said do exercise, you are young, it will go away. I have had sciatica for 2 years and I have been exercising regularly. I didn't see any improvement. Next thing he always ask any patient, why did you get cold, or back pain, diabetes, urinary track infection. Dear doctor, if we knew answers to your question we wouldn't have come to you. Also, when you talk to a patient, speak softly so that other patients can not hear someone else's health problem. HIPPA. If I go to you for my pain related issue, treat my pain. Don't bring up something else and say it could be from that. If you can't respect patients privacy and can't treat them for the reason they went to you, just tell them. I will change my pcp. He’s a terrible dr. Can’t speak English he yells at his patients for choosing which pharmacy to use. He needs to go back to school better yet he needs to be taught proper human manners.

Terrible

They can't even answer the phone or say business hours on the voice mail.

If you're looking for a doctor that will (1) not treat your concerns/illness with seriousness, and will (2) neglect you as a patient, this is the place for you.

I absolutely love Dr. Uddin, he’s a fantastic Dr. However, for a few years now he has had the absolute worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. They are rude, they hardly let you get out what you’re trying to say. They’re incompetent. I’m not sure how they’re still working there, or how Dr. Uddin continues to employ them. I love Dr. Uddin! If I could give zero stars I would. I am definitely not the type to do something like this, but I can not stress how HORRIBLE this doctor is. He is very very very rude, speaking over you when you are trying to tell him what’s wrong. COMPLETELY disregards anything you have to say. On top of that we went to an ER and Urgent Care because he was not open at the time, and both gave us the same outcome on what was wrong. But apparently it’s false according to him..?? So the ER and Urgent Care both lied??? They both sent us home with prescriptions for a medical condition that isn’t there?? Seriously. I do not recommend coming here. If you care in any way about yourself or your family members, I do not at all recommend it. Save yourself the time and patience. With such a high disregard to patients that this doctor has, I can’t imagine how his still allowed to practice in the medical field. Don’t you have to care for your patients to want to help them? The front desk receptionist I believe her name is Nadia or nahida some should learn some manners and cut down on her attitude,people like this shouldn't work in a professional institute

Some of the workers should be ashamed because this is walk in clinic and they call specific people before and I don't want to be clear that some middle eastern patients get more carrying then others. Plus non of them make copay. What is this Arabic CLINIC..and how come all workers are Arabic. Thereshould be other nationalities employed. But no. I bet u if u r qualified and post in resume, they will take someone like they have one of the guys who hardly speaks English and u cannot fkn explain to him neither he tells u , your vitals. And if u do (in most cases don't take em) ask the answer will be "ok". Front desk then , you gotta be so nice to them to get info u r asking. Which will be the oposite. Ladies smile great people . U will make us more comfortable. I AM WONDERING IF STAFF IS READING THIS. As for doctor Uddin I can't complain. He takes care of my father and is doing pretty awesome job, but its little soft speaker so sometimes is hard to understand. These so called Suboxone Doctor took a 2 hour class and noes NOTHING! HE IS A Sexist and Racist agenst anyone who is not the same skin color! He made my fieace jump through hoops drug test and letters she passed them all. He dropped her as a patient because she is to smart and she could get over on him? He Belittled her in front of our 4 year old little girl! She passed all the test! There are people who have failed multiple test and her not 1! very nice

He may seem fast paced because he is a very busy doctor or may seem skeptical about giving you certain type of medications but, he is a very good doctor and is willing to help you if you are truly ready to get help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Uddin since 1996, when he used to practice in Dearborn MI. He is a very knowledgeable health care personal who will listen to you patiently and describe you the problem and suggest the best possible treatment. He is a humble and honest doctor who is always there to help his patients. He is not the kind of doctor to prescribe unnecessary medications just to please the patient. I would rate him as as one of the best health care professional in Detroit area.

Terrible

Needed referrals from the PCP and the front desk workers are so incompetent that we had to call for a week before the referral was done. Poor management and ill mannered. Hire more competent people that know how to work in healthcare.

THE STAFF IS GREAT

My experience was very nice. The receptionist was very kind to me and my sister. I didn't have a wait and I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Uddin was very patient and gave me all the time I needed.

Receptionists are rude & careless.So far I see they are the worst in USA.They are not skilled in their job & they don't know manner.Management should fire them.

Absolutely the worst doctor I visited! Very condescending and doesn't explain anything. Didn't provide any consolation instead berated me and said my symptoms was not his fault! Extremely rude!

Dr. Uddin is a very caring person. He speaks in terms that you can understand. He is very easy to talk to and he takes time with his patients to ensure they understand what their health needs are.

Horrible, Just Horrible. Very patronizing, always prescribes same medication and makes jokes about health ailments. NO explanation and if asked about a condition he just fumbles over it and leaves.
