Dr Jacobs is amazing. He has provided great care for my son and his specialized needs for many years and has also been extremely helpful as we navigate the move to adult doctors. He is a treasure.

Dr Jacob’s is nice and knowledgeable in person HOWEVER this staff is HORRIBLE! And he is just as bad when you have to have any tests or scans done. They drive you crazy to get the scans scheduled and then once you do them it is impossible to get his staff or him to return your call to go over results. My son had a scan in July and here we are mid September and I have called at least 7 times and left messages asking for results or someone to call me back. They promise to get back to me and never do. The nurse confirmed Dr. Jacob’s got my message and will review them once once he does he will call me. 1.5 months?? No call! Now I am in the process of finding another doctor and I will probably have to have all scans redone due to the fact the staff will not return any calls unless it’s to schedule appointments or something to make revenue for the office. So far they have not sent documents we requested to be sent to our primary care document that they promised to do this week. Dr Jacob’s is nice and knowledgeable in person HOWEVER this staff is HORRIBLE! And he is just as bad when you have to have any tests or scans done. They drive you crazy to get the scans scheduled and then once you do them it is impossible to get his staff or him to return your call to go over results. Referred to Dr. Jacobs due to 3 month old having UTI/admitted to hospital. Glad to have a provider with “new medicine” approach - not quick to prescribe meds, conservative with imaging ordered, takes it one step at a time. Very thankful we were referred to this provider!

My wife is a physician so we are very picky especially when it comes to our son, but we loved Dr Jacobs. He was entirely focused on us every time we were with him, and gave us a calm sense of great confidence. We highly recommend him!

We will refer Dr Jacobs to any friends that needs urologist. We have had good experiences with him.

The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in! Dr. Jacobs is awesome! He was so kind and so knowledgeable about my sons condition and answered the millions of questions I had!

Very thankful for Dr Jacobs. He took great care of my young son and made myself and my husband feel very comfortable about surgery. He has great bedside manner and is amazing with children.

Dr Jacobs has the best bedside manner of any specialist I have ever encountered. He has performed a surgery on our infant daughter at 1 month and will have another at month 9 to hopefully address/resolve a congenital issue. He takes his time with parents and family members. He articulates the issue and how it will be fixed at a level that anyone will understand. He is kind and calming. Our family is grateful for the knowledge and approach he brings to our daughter’s care. Highly recommend.

Woah! I wonder how you got rated so low because you were great with me and are really cool!

I was so concerned about how nervous my son was to actually need to see him, initially. When Dr.Jacobs walked in the room that all dissipated almost instantly because my son was so comfortable with him. My son has had it so rough in the last 6 months with seeing so many different physicians / specialists that were not kid-friendly, rude, or reluctant to explain exactly what was happening and why. Doctor Jacobs exceeded our expectations in every amazing category. He has been incredibly patient and brings a smile to my son's face with his humor (it means so much more when your child is in pain). Do not go to Dr.Jacobs, he overcharges and irresponsible! He spent us his time only 5 mints chareged for 60 mints rate! I waited his surgery scheduler's phone call about a month after I left them few voicemails.

Dr Micah Jacobs has performed a 5 hour laparoscopic partial nephrectomy on my child. I can only say good things about this doctor. He takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend him as he is the best pediatric urologist in Dallas.
