Very positive. Solved my issue.

I find Dr. Ellis very warm and interesting. He takes time to address your concerns and Listens intently to what you Say. I like him very much.

They were super nice and Dr. Ellis was very through and is trying to get to the bottom of why I’m so sick all the time…he was awesome and his staff was too…

Would not recommend him to anyone, ever. I left his office and went straight to my PCP and told him about my experience. He apologized for Dr. Ellis's behaviour and referred me elsewhere the same day.

The waiting room was a bit overwhelming, but Dr. Ellis and his nurses were great!

He has to be the very worst Dr ever!! He does not care abt his patients. It is all abt him. Even the employees at Tennova told me they had reported him which he always talks his way out of it Tennova should be ashamed to have him on staff!!!!!!!!

Dr Ellis and staff were great! Very compassionate, took the time to answer my questions, overall very positive experience

Dr. Ellis is very caring and gentle. He placed and has treated my mother in laws feeding tube. Would recommend him.

He was not very friendly and didn't take any steps to ensure my comfort. There was a couple of times he seemed rude as well. We didn't have good reception some how not sure what was wrong.My voice echoed back to me the entire conversation.If I had to do another telehealth appointment I would request a different Doctor.

Was treated with respect. All personnel were very nice and professional. Procedures went well and was very informative.

Engaging and assuring. Comfortable and takes time to patiently explain in human terms the diagnosis and treatment plan. This was my initial impressions since I had not met him prior to this visit.

The ladies in reception were very nice and friendly. Things went downhill from there. This was my 1st visit. I felt like I was in an assemble line and that I should already know what to do or say. The doctor was very arrogant and told me I didn't have IBS after knowing me all of 3 minutes. He showed me a picture of what a clean colon looked like as if I had never had this process done before. I had told the nurse my history. He said I could only have liquids and the prep kit stuff the day before but didn't explain what it was. Fine I'll ask the nurse. When the nurse finally came in (she was not in the room with the doctor) and she said what the prep kit included i said no I can drink a gallon of liquid medicine. It kicks in my gag reflex. I can not force myself to drink it or swallow it. She said okay well the doctor has already called this in but I'll have him call in something else. The she takes me to a small waiting area and says stay here. I had no idea why I was sitting there. A nurse came and got me. She pointed to a seat and never said another word to me. My test is not until the end of March why are you taking 9 vials of blood?? By this time I was so frustrated I didn't even ask. I went to CVS I find instead of him calling me in something different he called me in a prescription for an acid reflux medicine. Which I never asked for. I'm done. Genius doctor . I had a telegraphic appointment but feel like i m in clinic.he went to point to point and answer all my concern. He knows all my history .i mean he remember .which is great things as a patients. He is very friendly and giving positive vibes which is very good as GI patient.

Doctor Ellis is a very good Doctor

Everyone was so very nice and willing to help in anyway they could went out of their way to take care of you thank you and to your staff .

Dr. Ellis and his staff are friendly and very efficient. Dr. Ellis and his staff listened to my concerns and answered my questions. If I could give more star's I would.

Time with the Doctor was quick and efficient. However, because of long waiting times between arrival and visit with the doctor and visit with the doctor and getting blood work done I was in the office almost 3 hours. About 2 1/2 hours of that was waiting.

The test results were a great sigh of relief ! Dr Ellis was very professional and and a nice man.

Perfect telemedicine conference, very professional and yet personable. Asked the right question and responded well to my questions. Nice job, Doc!

I had a phone visit it went very good he was easy to understand and explained everything in detail his questions where to the point and easy to answer. All and all I was very satisfied with the visit and would recommend him as a physician. I really liked having the phone visit and would recommend it to anyone it something you must try .

He was very nice,he made me feel comfortable with asking questions! That makes all the difference in the world! He took his time and didn't rush in and I really appreciate that!!!

The doctor is great, but I have had issues with appointments both times I have come into see him. First time my appointment time was at 1pm, and I got there at 12:30 to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork. I was not taken back from the waiting until 2:15pm. Running behind happens, but over an hour is excessive. Second time I get to my 8am appointment only to find out it had been canceled without notice to me. I was able to get worked in, but again had to wait over an hour. Really weighing how much I like the doctor vs the failings from the administration side.
