Professional and kind staff. Dr took time to thoroughly explain things to me an answered my questions.

Very Professional and always nice and respectful. Dr Pankratz and staff perform an excellent job .

Great experience at this office. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Pankratz was very professional and nice. You can tell he is good at what he does. He will definitely be the guy to do my cataract surgery. I would definitely recommend this office. Went back for my yearly visit. Had a great experience. I had an emergency when I got some metal fragments in my eye. Called in at 10:00am and they had me come in 10:50am. By 11:15am they had the fragments out and was sending me home. EXCELLENT service and very friendly staff. Thanks Dr Pankratz !!

I had a 12:35 appointment and sat in waiting room until after 1:00. I was then examined by a person who gave me no explanation to any of the test that she preformed.

The techs were great and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Pankratz is not the most personable man, condescending and almost rude and luckily will not be doing my cateract surgery.

I don’t mind waiting. I just want to be informed that it’s going to be a wait. I waited 45 minutes to sit down and take a two minute visual test. The Staff were very friendly and apologetic and accommodating. I really appreciate their attitudes.

Wish I could give 5 stars but I feel I wasn't scheduled with the correct doctor for my problem. Now I have to make a second trip back to see the right one.

The only surgery I’ve had in my life was a cataract removal preformed by Dr. Pankratz. I have been treated by hundreds of health professionals but never had I ever had a doctor pay as much attention that was genuine. You can see it in his face/eyes he’s not going through the motions, he truly is a caring doctor. Knowing my apprehension, he would stop and explain the procedure every step of the way. Then, afterwards, called me at home 3 times within 24 hours just to check on me. He is in the top two doctors I have meant in my life. The other one? Well, he bent some rules that saved my life. Pretty good company to be compared to I’d say.

Dr Pankratz was extremely arrogant and rude. Save yourself time and money by going to a different doctor.

Having previously been at the practice, I have consistently been very impressed with the professionalism but very personal approach of all staff. The processes of doing evals and treatment are also very well done.

I just had my second cataract removal with lens replacement. While I am still seriously dilated, it does look like my vision is going to be good. Pankratz Eye institute operates like a well oiled machine. Happy to of had my eyes done there.

Staff is friendly and courteous very helpful. Doctor kind and explains everything so that you can understand.

Dr Pankratz's office made sure we understood each direction before and after surgery. Really helpful and answered all questions we had. Will be recommending for eye care.

Very competent employees and surgeon. Be prepared to wait past your appointment time at least an hour. Today I waited 1.5 hours. That is my only complaint.
