Dr. Seivert is an excellent Ortho, my experience today was outstanding! All of my questions were answered completely and in laymen's terms. I was not rushed at all, and his office staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Seivert!

PLEASE do not go to this doctor. My husband went in for a simple scope for a torn meniscus and Dr. Seivert made it worse. Is that even possible? Almost a year later he can hardly walk on his knee. Dr. Seivert bragged about how he did surgery for a guy who felt so good he ran up the stairs at a diamondback game the same day. Not the case here. He said he did some "extra" stuff that not all doctors do. Whatever that was has more than likely resulted in my husband's pain. When my husband asked when he could start running again, the doctor chuckled and said his running days were over. This was after the surgery. Big promises up front, none of which were fulfilled. I honestly wonder if he was high when he did my husband's surgery because he put his arm around me and on my back and spoke way too closely and it made me uncomfortable. I had to ask questions more than once because he seemed a bit spacy. Not only that, he swears like a sailor ALL THE TIME. I have never had a doctor drop f-bombs and other choice words at an office visit, but he does. I promise, I am not making this stuff up. He is arrogant and unlikeable. Brags about himself a lot. I thought, oh maybe he's just one of those doctor's who is a little full of himself, but really good. NOPE. We should have walked the second we went into his eerily empty office, no other patients waiting. That was a sign for sure.

Short and rude phone interaction with this facility. The person who answered the phone didn't give a name, just answered with a terse "doctor's office". 15 seconds into the call, he wasn't interested in anything except my insurance provider. I stated I think I might try somewhere else, this isn't starting out right. Person said "OK" and hung up.

I saw Dr. Seivert as a 3rd opinion for my hamstring avulsion. My insurance was charged $577. I received a bill from my insurance company for $75. This seemed high so I called the office and was told $340 was for the consultation, $65 to touch my leg and $177 to look at my xrays. Two complaints - I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. An additional $177 to look at my xrays? The previous two doctors did not charge an additional fee for looking at xrays. ASK UP FRONT!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Seivert to family and friends. He is very thorough, pleasant, professional with patients. He has a great bedside manner and you never feel rushed, which is lacking in most doctors. I walked in with 3 different orthopedic problems and all 3 were addressed and 2 of them are on the mend. The last requires tests which will be handled. Dr. Seivert knows his stuff and I am happy and comfortable going to him. sms
