I and my wife have seen Dr. SPICOLA SINCE WE MOVED TO LAKE NORMAN. HE IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE KNOWN. HE IS FRIENDLY, CARING AND PROFESSIOAL IN ALL THAT HE DOES.

Everyone we encountered today was wonderful - Michael, Princess and Dr. Spicola and another eye assistant whose name I did not get. I would go again!

My first visit to CEENT. I was signed in by a very cheery young lady. Given clear understandable instructions. My first exam was administered by gentleman named Michael. Dr Spicola then did his exam and I felt very comfortable, he was able to explain what was going on and answered my questions in an easy to understand vocabulary. I am actually looking forward to my future experiences with CEENTA

Always love my visits with Dr. Spicola! He explains the test being done and answers all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, seems like he loves his career, very compassionate and kind. I would highly highly recommend him! Would give him more stars if it allowed me to!????

Excellent service

I have been a patient of Dr. Spicola for some years, he is very considerate and patient with u, very pleasant and good listener, an excellent eye doctor, the staff is very nice, u are in good hands.

Did not have to wait long to be seen. The staff was friendly and informative. The Doctor was one of the best. He explained and answered any question.

Dr Spicola was personable and progrssional. I left feeling that he listened to my issues and that we have my issues addressed. Wjo could ask for more?

Took a while to see Dr. Spicola but it was worth it. Very professional and personable. I felt confident of his knowledge and expertise and diagnoses. His staff was warm and friendly and professional.

Michael Spicola is the best! My husband and I both see him for our eye care.

I love Dr. Spicola. He takes time with you and makes sure you understand what he is talking about. You can tell he loves his work. Because of that, his patients can feel more comfortable.

The clinic does NOT care of their patients, starting from the receptionist, the nurse, to the doctor. Before seeing Dr. Michael Spicola, I saw the nurse. The nurse asked me the reason for my visit, which I explained., and he told me to speak with the doctor regarding my concerns. When the doctor came in, he didn't care to listen to my concerns whatsoever. He just checked my eyes and wrote a prescription. When I explained I was not there to get a prescription, he told me to discuss the concerns with the nurse. It's a joke, not a doctor's office. Office is very efficient, and Dr. Spicola is excellent. Exams are thorough and brisk. When I needed cataract surgery not too long ago he was very helpful coordinating with the surgeon.

Dr Spincola is a very nice and very professional. We have been going to him for awhile and are pleased. We definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I have been going to Dr Spinoza for 20 years. He has always told me exactly what is going on with my eyes and guides me in the right direction for the care of my eyes. I would recommend him to anybody who want to be at ease knowing their eyes are in good hands.

My visits to Dr Spicola’s office for eye exams are always thorough, there is time for me to ask questions, and I leave the office feeling that I just had a great doctor examine my eyes and make recommendations.

Dr Spicola is quite professional in a down home type of way. Easy to talk to, and quite knowledgeable about his craft. Going to see him is like visiting a family member, without worrying about where to sit. No one looks forward to visiting their doctor, unless his name is Dr Michael Spicola.

Both my husband and I see Dr. Spicola, and we have always been very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, & calm demeanor. Even in the craziness that is healthcare today and current labor shortages, he is calm & will take the time to answer your questions. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Spicola is a great physician. He is very personable and spends as much time as needed to provide test results and to answer questions. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and would highly recommend him and CEENTA.

Personable and professional

I have been seeing Dr Spicola since the 90s and he is by far an excellent Optometrist, he does not rush his diagnosis, takes his time ,ask you questions before he jumps to conclusions and gives you suggestions on different things to do at home if you have a problem. I visited a Dr recently because it was an emergency, he didn't talk to me except to say bad news and give me a split second diagnosis, which I knew was wrong, I had severe dry eyes and in pain. Needless to say I will not see that Dr again. Finally if your looking for the best eye Doctor in Charlotte, look no further Dr Spicola is your man. I feel very comfortable and safe in the CEENTA facility. Everyone is very polite and helpful. My experiences with Dr. Spicola are very professional and caring!

Dr. Spicola is a very knowledgeable doctor who will answer any questions you may have concerning your vision. He’s also very friendly, laidback and won’t push into doing something if you aren’t ready for it.

The entire staff was amazing!! There was no long wait time. I was kept informed of everything about my visit. Dr Spicola is truly one of a kind!! Outstanding bedside manner!! My daughter also sees him. She is 14 years old and he makes her feel so comfortable. Office staff was rude. Brought family member in and Dr was just ok but staff made office visit stressful. Wont return.

My appointment was for 2:40. I was called in from the waiting room at 3:22.
