Quick and efficient appointment!

Very patient, kind and thorough staff, cannot recommend these people enough!

Dr Sterrett has been my ENT for many years,, He is a professional Dr. that I trust to give me excellent care, and when he felt it was needed referred me to a surgeon at UofM I have no problem getting an appointment and his staff is also pleasant to me.

So far no problems. Seen pretty quickly. Employees were nice.

Professional and personal kind and humorous

Very good ear nose an throat doctor listen to what I had to say and provided me very in depth details and very informative

Dr. STERETT IS THE BEST IM SURE GONNA MISS HIM WHEN HE RETIRES. I RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.????

Great physician. Great person. He is a not only an exceptional gifted physician, he is a wonderful caring person.

Dr Sterrett is a great ENT doctor. He was very thorough and patient with my son.

He is an amazing Doctor

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

He’s always Kind, and very thorough.

By far the best doctor I have ever seen in a very long time. Dr. Sterrett truly cares for his patients and is the only doctor that will personally call you and check up on you. Outstanding bedside manner and a doctor I would highly recommend.

Dr. Sterrett is such a wonderful doctor. He makes me feel so comfortable and has always made me feel like I matter. I'm very pleased and would strongly recommend him.

Just not an overall good Dr. NOT. GETS ALL THESE PATIENCE. Performs surgery after SURGERY. To not actually fix the problem. Non carrying attitude. His whole focus is MONEY.. Was with him for years. Finally left. We all wish Dr. CASTRO had stayed. He was wonderful AND fixed all my issues. They have not returned. Dr. CASTRO was Just awsome. It's a mistake I made. Went to U OF M. After Dr. CASTRO left. To have things checked out. No good ENTs around here. U OF M said never never should have had 8 surgerys to clear my mess of a sinus up I have nerve damage now in face and sinus... But Am clear as ever ! Clean Clear sinuses. Thank God for DR.CASTRO AND U OF N.. GOD BLESS.....

great results for sinus surgery

Completely lacks integrity. I needed to have a T-tube put in my ear and Dr. Sterrett told me he could do the procedure in right at the doctors office (as I have had them put in at other ent offices many times before, because I don't do well with IVs). I get to my appointment and he tells me they must be done in the operating room and refuses to do them in the office on the day I was scheduled to have them done. I drove an hour to this appointment only to be lied to and leave with a clogged ear.

I saw Dr. Sterritt for chronic sinusitus. I was having infections so frequently that I was having to take antibiotics more often than not. He was extreamly plesant to work with and the epitomy of a competent profesional, so much so that I didn't even get a second opinion when he told me I needed surgery. This was a long time ago- all went very well. I spent about a week recovering at home, but have only had a couple of sinus infections in the many years since! I would highly recomend him!

Nobody answers their phones anymore! They don't want you to go to the ER unless you're dying but they won't pick up their phones and answer any questions! I am so frustrated right now that I wouldn't recommend taking anybody or even a pet snake to them! It would die before you got any answers! I think it is bull that they want you to leave a message but if you call during their office hours they don't call back until after they close! If you want service don't go there! Nice enough but didn't feel like mycase was thoroughly evaluated did not look at my test or go over my CT recommended surgery just base on the history of what I told him I got a second opinion and after some antibiotics and the new CT I did not need surgery I just felt like dr. Sterrett wasn't very thorough with me he didn't know anything about me even my name until he came in the room and look it up on the computer
