Denied service to my husband because he was BLIND and couldn’t fill out the paperwork. Lady in the office was very rude to him, saying well we don’t have anyone here who can help you with that. (I wasn’t able to be there because we have a 4 year old son and no vehicle so he takes Med ride to his appointments). Very unprofessional, though after reading this doctor’s reviews I think my husband dodged a bullet… Definitely look elsewhere if you need an urologist!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to wait 7 months before i heard from his office. My doctor placed a referral in May. After a few phone calls, i finally had an appointment. Today I showed up for my appointment, office was completely closed. Called the office, and spoke to the operator. "The office is closed due to extreme weather conditions, they contacted all their patients." then was hung up on. (we got a few inches of snow, roads are clear). Never got contacted by the office. I have more of the problem with the Physian. He is to handsy. My first encounter, he made me uncomfortable by staring at my breast. Second encounter, he felt extremely comfortable rubbing his hands up and down my thighs. I found a different urologist in Tullahoma through the emergency room. This time I had no choice but to go to Harton. Harton uses Tepedino. This time he squeezed my shoulder multiple times. Some patients find this unprofessional conduct. His DEA presciption number did not work. I sat at the pharmacy for an hour and a half in pain and went home in pain. My kidney stone was the size of a button and had jagged edges. Usually the urologist just use lithotripsy (I have had stones the size of marbles - I get them at least twice a year) for some reason not only did he use laser, he used a basket. Lithotripsy would a let the stones fall out naturally . I really just want to be pain free. I have more of the problem with the Physian. He is to handsy. This doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At my first visit he was rubbing up and down my thighs (mind you I’m a 19 year old girl) at first I thought it was him trying to comfort me, but I was mistaken. He continued to make me feel uncomfortable by staring at my chest while talking to me. He didn’t give me any answers on my first visit and told me to get an X-ray for a kidney stone that I’ve had for at least two months. I got the X-ray the next day and came back. The doctor was still creepy towards me and made me super uncomfortable, even on the second go around. I’ve never felt more relieved to get away from a doctors office in my entire life. Not only did he creep me out, but he also basically said for me to figure out my situation on my own. Please do not go to this doctor. He’s completely unprofessional and creepy. This place is absolutely horrible! The nurses and women in the office are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this circus for an office to anyone!

The ladies that work in Dr. Tepedino’s office are the most unhelpful employees I’ve ever seen! They go out of their way to make sure they treat the patient like they don’t matter and are nothing. These horrible, miserable women are unnecessarily rude and very hateful. They will hang up on you and interrupt you without you getting any word in. This office seriously needs to be reported for mistreatment of patients! Do they not realize that us the patients is what keeps them in business and having a job? I want to say thank you very much to dr. Tepedino for the surgery ...I fill very,very good ...thank you very much !!

Dr. Tepedino performed surgery on me in October of 2018 in conjunction with a hysterectomy. I had pelvic organ prolapse that was contributing to incontinence. He along with a gynecologist performed the surgery and he promised me that my incontinence would be cured. The hysterectomy was a success, but I immediately had problems concerning Dr. Tepedino’s part of the surgery. I had a terrible infection, worse incontinence. He treated the infection, but refused to listen t to me concerning the incontinence. Just said it was OAB and kept prescribing more and more medication that didn’t help. He refused to listen to me. This continued for several months until I decided to consult another doctor. I was told that the surgery he performed did nothing to help my problem, so now I’m having to go through additional treatment. The medications were completely useless for me. I feel that he is very arrogant and unconcerned. Think twice before choosing him for your problem.

I would NOT recommend this place to my dog. My mother has been dealing with a bladder infection for over three months . Her appointment was today .Her appointment had been scheduled over three weeks ago , three hours prior to her appointment is when they decide to call her and tell her she owed less than $150 from over three years ago .Then proceeded to tell her she could not be seen by the doctor until the amount was paid .My mother did not even remember this incident .So now ,my mother has to suffer for another 3 weeks because these people aren't smart enough to call someone at least a week prior of her visit .If you want to run a business you need to learn how to do so .Dealing with a problem like she has it could result in life or death .This is a sad place of a doctors office . I would not even give them a one star .I wouldn't give them any ! They obviously do not care for their patients .Just the money . Sorry excuse for a doctors office. Shame . Very nice Dr. He takes his time with you and explains things well. His office staff were very nice as well.

The office staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Tepedino has an excellent bedside manner. He takes his time and listens. I trust him.

Dr Tepedino comes to the Urology Surgical Center inn Bangor, Maine on a rotating basis. He performed TURP on my husband two days ago. We recommend him without researvation.

Dont trust no one ease with my cock & ball's a great doctor

Took my father to see this MD - time in office was well over 2 hours!

Dr. Tepedino was extremely rude and unprofessional and so were his staff. Facility is unclean and they are too cheap to buy lids for the urine specimen cups. Dr. tepedino had me drive to office and billed me for a visit just to get records sent from my previous doctor. He refused to give treatment stating he was unsure of my diagnosis but handed me pills like they were candy.

He was the most amazing Dr. I have ever met. He had to diagnos my cancer and from day 1 he and his staff were amazing. Thank you to all of you. you are truly God sent.
