I had been having issues of nausea for 6 years and had my gallbladder removed 3 years into these episodes upon which I started seeing Dr. Jordan shortly after and in 2019 I told her how I was feeling and she immediately scheduled an ultrasound. When the results came back she contacted me and scheduled me for a MRI and CT within a week I eventually found out I had hepatic adenoma which was linked to years of birth control use and she took me off of bc and sent me straight to UAB. I was told to never have children as the tumor feeds off of hormones produced during pregnancy but to make a long story short she and her staff saved my life and 3 months ago I had a babygirl. If it was not for her listening to me and her staff availability in getting me quickly scheduled I could have died. My mother went to Dr. Jordan and now I do and some of my friends that I have referred go to her. If I call they are all so nice, prompt, and welcoming. She even saw me while pregnant and monitored my care they are all around awesome! Highly RECOMMEND

I absolutely love Dr. Jordan and Jessica Lawler the Nurse Practioner!! They are honest and are easy to talk to . I never have to dread a doctor’s app now thanks to them and the whole staff bc they all are fantastic people!

Dr.Jordan and her entire staff were so good to me yesterday. I can't put into words how greatful I am to have found her and how appreciative I am for all of them. Thank you, Dr. Jordan, for being so helpful and understanding and kind to me. ~~Holly Winslett

I love Dr. Jordan! I have been a patient for 5 years now, but it does take me multiple weeks just to reach her office staff or for them to return a voicemail. It usually takes a two week (sometimes longer) process for me just to schedule a check-in appointment to refill a prescription or for someone to answer the phone. They are always super nice in person… I just wish they would switch to an online scheduling service. I have referred many friends & family here, who unfortunately never could get in contact with the office to schedule an appointment. I love Dr. Jordan! I called the doctor's office last week...Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. The first time I called was their two hr no call time and I left a message. The other times I called was when they were not taking a two hr break...who would love to have that!?...and no one returned my call. So once again I called today...Monday...left a message...again...no one has called. So I drove to the doctors office and explained to the lady up front what was going on...(who was taking a call by the way!!!)...only to have her stop listening to me and help someone else who walks up in the middle of me talking!!!!...after that interruption that she allowed...she proceeded to tell me that she will see if the doctor can see me? Wait what...Terrible service and zero care...why is it so hard to find a good doctor...not one here for sure. Dr. Jordan is great and the staff is very friendly. Good choice if you're looking for a primary care Dr. in Trussville.

Love the staff. Love Dr J. Have always taken care of me. Was having an anxiety attack and. They literally stayed on the phone with me and talked my way down and made sure I was somewhere safe.

She told me I was going to gain 10 pounds every year until I was about 70 and then i would naturally start to lose weight then....that would mean I would weight 640 pounds as an elderly woman. She was rude purposely malicious and zero help. Every issue I had she made it blatantly clear that she wasnt interested and that she thought I was an idiot and her response to addressing my problems was that she didnt have time for it during our visit......then why did I pay to see you? For you to tell me that I'm going to become morbidly obese for.. NO REASON??? Lol she reluctantly gave me a follow up test for something I had previously been diagnosed with and to top off my horrific experience she gave me EXPIRED supplements and told me that they wouldnt work as well but I could try taking them and to use her code if I ended up ordering any. Avoid at all costs. The nurse is very accommodating and nice and that's the only good thing I have to say. She herself is an overweight, clearly severely unhappy, bitter woman.

This lady does ANYTHING but be a CARING, considerate, well dressed, angry, bitter woman. First, she said I missed appointments( ok, you didn’t remember I was even there one day, left me in the building, went to lunch and you say I missed it. Love everything about this place! Gina is always so warm and friendly. The nursing staff are caring and always answer any questions I have. Dr. Jordan takes her time to listen and help solve any problems. I highly recommend this office!!!

I changed doctor's the day I left your office. She fired me as a patient after this score. Now, she is still angry and charged me for an appointment when she was no longer my doctor. Outrageously rude and catty staff who clearly do not have enough work to do, considering that hanging up on patients seems to be a fun little trend of theirs according to a few previous reviews and including my own. I wonder if Dr. Jordan knows how many patients she has lost due to Gina and the billing lady being generally nasty and unpleasant people who seem to delight in their belligerent refusal to accommodate. It might cost me $50 to pay for a “no show” appointment that I DIDN’T KNOW I HAD, but I’m willing to bet it costs a lot more than that to lose a patient. Doctor Michelle Jordon gives you what you pay for. She listens and treats you like an adult, and gives you what you came for.

It's refreshing to find a doctor who takes the time to get to know you. At my first appointment, she sat with me and actually listened to everything I had to say without making me feel like I was being rushed or judged. Dr. Jordan AND her staff are all SO nice. I love this place!! Warm, friendly, caring and a very clean environment!! I can't think of her name right now, but the first contact/receptionist/intake clerk(been there a very long time)...she is ALWAYS so sweet, smile that's always inviting! I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for 15 years now. Her staff is always friendly, helpful, and kind. Her facilities are always clean, comfortable, and patient friendly. I recommend her fully to anyone looking for a doctor who will not only provide you with the best healthcare but also go the extra mile. She is always patient, informative, and friendly.
