Dr. Tripple was very personable and very nice. She doesn't spend that much time with the patient. Her receptionist Christie is awful. She is the reason I left the practice... Not worth it dealing with Christie. And she is not nice or pleasant at all. Wonder if Dr. Tripple is aware of how rude and awful Christie is or maybe she doesn't care.

Dr. Trippel is as good as they come. She takes a personal interest in every patient and explains every facet of her diagnosis in easily understandable terms. She treats her patients with a comprehensive approach and treats the whole patient. I always feel great when I leave her office because I know she is looking out for my health and well-being. I recommend her highly.

Love Dr. Tripple but the receptionist is awful. Apparently she thinks she has a degree in medicine and uses it to restrict access to the Dr. On more than one occasion, I have given up and gone to Urgent Care because I can't get past the receptionist. She won't even take your concerns to the Dr. Twice the receptionist messed up appointments but never even apologized. Receptionist rude both in person and on the phone.

Dr Trippel never makes you feel rushed. She listens to your concerns. Have been a patient for well over 15 years. She’s great. Highly recommend. Front desk receptionist, Christie is fantastic. I don’t know how she does it all. The phone never stops ringing. Those who criticize Christie need to wear her shoes for a day. Callers are not always pleasant to deal with. She far exceeds my expectations. I have a business and she would be a major asset as I am sure she is with Dr Trippel. I was just there today for my annual , first time my 84 year old Mom came along. Being in the medical field herself years ago , She was thoroughly impressed how pleasant everyone was and how hard Christie worked while waiting for me. Christie is one person doing the job of 3. I just recommend Dr Trippel to a client of mine who’s Dr just retired. He said I was the 3rd person to refer Dr Trippel . She was rated as one of the top 100 Drs by her peers in the prestigious Washingtonian Mag . Quite an honor

Will never take or make telephone calls to her patients, and usually leaves the office earlier than her stated hours. Receptionist is irritable and unpleasant all of the time, but that is the only one on the phone, including for test results.

The only reason I would not recommend this practice is because of the front office staff (one in particular). Constantly foul attitude and apparently never in a decent mood. It's a shame the doctor remains so loyal to an employee with absolutely zero customer service skills. A shame.

Have been a patient for years. Always upbeat, inquisitive and listens. Also cannot say enough good about Christie (sp?) who sits at the front desk. Multi-tasker extraordinaire...don't know how she does it but she's fantastic.

Best most comprehensive doctor I've had the privilege of having guide my journey to improved health. Reasonable and knowledgeable about approaches and medicines. Advocate for an integrated approach combining diet, exercise, ergonomic and traditional medical methods. Been with her 15 years and counting... Big fan.

She's very helpful and spends plenty of time to make sure you're as healthy as possible

Dr. Trippel is excellent and would highly recommend to anyone! She is super friendly and very professional. My family absolutely loves her!

I was impressed with all elements- office staff, efficient + friendly, nurse was sweet + Dr. Trippel was amazing! She was the first dr that took time with me and literally reviewed a 2 page typed symptom history that I put together (My RA doctor just put the paper in my file)- but Dr Trippel was interested in what it had to say, sat down to discuss each symptom. She listened to my responses, took steps to help me get well, understood my issues, and was happy I wrote it all down! Koodos!

I have been a patient since she began her practice and have always been happy with my medical care. Even with the growth of her practice, Dr. Trippel and her staff have maintained that caring, small-town feel.
