Dr. Mihaela Donca

Really like dr donca but due to leaving messages with no call back, we need to find another dr. Tried again after the rude person on the phone made us wait 2 months for an er follow up app but it doesn't change for us.

Dr. Donca is very thorough, a great listener, answers your questions and your health is her main concern.

Was told my huband had not been there for two years so he could wait 3 more months even though he was in the hospital. Horrible person scheduling. Love Dr. Donca but cant wait that long. Was told to go to urgent care.

I've never been seen at my appointment time. 1 hour to 1 hour and a half after my appointment time. If a patient is 15 min late you get rescheduled????

If you want a doctor who will prescribe a pill for everything, including a missing toenail, then Dr. Donca is the ONE for you. She will also order a lab test for every single symptom you describe to her with THE specialist to match. You will be broke, frustrated, and will spend most of your FREE time in a lab or doctor's office. Never again! I will stick with functional medicine or an integrative doctor who addresses the root of medical issues, not just gives me a "bandaid" that will later fall off! Not busy

Dr Donca is very nice and very thorough. The girl that works in her office Latesha could use better customer service skills.....Very rude not helpful and gives wrong information...Not a good help to Dr Donca or her patients.

i ABSOLUTELY LOVE mihaela, she takes her time with everyone and is so respectful of others. love this doctor and i’ve never had any problems with her

Dr. Donca is the sweetest physician I've ever met! She shows the same concern and compassion that all other doctors show but is nowhere near condescending. She legitimately has your best health at heart.

Dr. Donca saw my mother a few months ago and was WONDERFUL!! I wanted my mom to see her in hopes my mom would feel comfortable enough w/her to establish a new patient relationship. My mother is late 80s in very good health, considering her age. I was not thrilled with her previous family doctor. Dr. Donca and staff took time w/my mom and made her feel very comfortable. I am happy we met her and look forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Donca is one of the most attentive, caring physicians I know. She goes the extra mile to help her patients and understand their needs fully.

She ordered a diagnostic test for a family member who didn't even show symptoms. Catching the disease early saved his life.

Dr. Donca is great but facility staff and medical staff are terrible. I had to call no less than 14 times to get a prescription called into my pharmacy. I sat on hold each time for well over 5 min. Dr Donca is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. I could call her or her staff and they always knew who I was and were able to give accurate and quick answers to my problem. I wish she would move to where I live now. I am going to miss her.

I had an appointment today at 2:45. This is during my break from work. Stressed and rushed getting there on time only to sit there until 4 and still not be seen. It is so infuriating that Doctors and office staff have no consideration of your time! However, if it was the other way around we would get charged a free. Bullshit!!

One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable about my health, does research on your medical history. Very friendly. Easy to talk to.

I have lived all over the US. I also have worked for several Medical Doctor's. I have never had an Internal Medicine Doctor that I trust or really respect as much as I do Dr. Donca. I feel she really listen's to you as a patient and does everything in her power to make sure you are on your way to recovery or staying well. You can tell Dr. Donca truly cares for her patient's and anymore that is so hard to find. I also noticed that Dr. Donca thinks out of the box and some patient's need that for the right diagnosis. I have been seeing Dr for about 6 years. She is the most kindness Dr around. If she needs help for your case, she sends you to one of her doctor friends. Very happy with Dr and her staff. I highly recomend her.

I work in another Medical Office with Lake Health patient's and I always let them know about my good experience with Dr. Donca. They always thank me and ask me where she is located, so at that point I hand out her card to the patient.
