I have found the doctor to be very professional and caring. He listened to my concerns and explained my procedure to be performed clearly.

I am giving this Dr. no stars. He refused to continue treatment from q doctor in his practice that is retiring. It took us months to find something that works. His options to me were surgery or a wire placed next to my spine instead of just prescribing a medicadio I have been on for 3 weeks that was working. He was extremely rude and sarcastic. I am giving this Dr. no stars. He refused to continue treatment from q doctor in his practice that is retiring. It took us months to find something that works. Very short wait time. Dr. McIntyre is very informative on the problem and what needs to be done. He’s very friendly, open and efficient.

Cocky unresponsive and could care less

Look, I get it. You're in pain and you just want someone to make it go away. But no one is a miracle worker. As for Dr. McIntyre I find him to be extremely professional, an incredible listener, and a straight shooter with his treatment advice. Did I go in expecting a different resolution? Yes. But as we discussed together - yes I said together - I completely understand his treatment plan for me. He's honest and tells you how he sees it. You may wish to disagree, but he is the trained expert and the one I choose to trust. When the next level of care is required I know I have an expert I can trust in my corner.

I have never had a doctor who actually empathized for my pain like Dr. McIntyre. He didn't make me feel just like another patient trying to get in and out. He spends plenty of time, and also likes to talk about your life, etc. I find that lovely in this day and age. I've had several procedures and they have helped me immensely with my pain. I believe he is the best and you are lucky if you get him as your Doctor. I also love all the ladies that work along side with him. They are terrific.

Worst. Doctor. Ever. I expressed dissatisfaction with my treatment over a three day period and when it got bad and I asked for a call back from the doctor, I never received one and was told by staff that they could tell him of my request but they couldn't make him call me back. Very unprofessional and when I asked for an actionable recourse over his head I was promptly threatened with being discharged from his practice. I wound up in an ER due to his incompetence. Run fast and far from him!!!

I have seen Dr. McIntyre a few times for lower back pain in the past and I will be seeing him again very soon for another procedure, he previously gave me a lumbar steroid injection that worked wonders, those do wear off though, I am going to have another procedure done though and I have total faith in Dr. McIntyre!! :)
