Dr. Mihaela N Marin

I saw Dr. Marin for the first time today. She was very respectful professional and easy to talk to. I am glad she is my primary doctor.

For almost 20 years I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Comprehensive Medical Care, specifically with Dr. Marin. I was originally drawn to her for her skill and her compassion. She has been an excellent physician, often going to the mat for me with insurance companies to get me what I needed. She trusts and respects me and always gives me her full attention. Her staff has been, for the most part, extremely helpful. I read the one-star review of June 11, 2017, and I understand how it is to panic on a weekend when you don't know what to do, and how devastating to not be able to get what you need for your primary care physician. I can only suggest that if Dr. Marin's response was as described, there must have been extenuating circumstances. I do know that Dr. Marin works VERY hard to do a good job, and something must have happened, either with this patient or with an unrelated personal circumstance, to push her over the edge. I unreservedly give Dr. Marin 5 stars!

Although I really liked Dr Marin and was a patient with her for many years - she also has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner BUT her staff are so unprofessional, rude disorganized and uninterested - and this isn’t the same staff she had years ago - seems like something very wrong that bad staff has been replaced over and over with more bad staff - I finally had to leave....

Dr Marin is my primary care doctor. She is compassionate, efficient, and has a great staff! A great doctor!

After 20+ years w/Dr Marin an out-of-the-blue automated robo call abruptly advised us one evening we were immediately no longer her patient due to her dropping our insurance provider. Repeat: after twenty (20+) years a robo call. No previous warning, no advance communication, nothing. An alarming display of patient insensitivity executed by this Doctor to the health and welfare of my wif ands I, , and our loyal patronage for sooooo many years. A shockingly bad investment with regard to our allegiance to this ‘Family Practitioner’. One would and should expect more from a medical professional.

Update from my lasr review, the doctor came through and saw me for a late emergency appointment. Thank you, great service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO SEE THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!! Find a REAL DOCTOR who actually cares about the patient and not that she was bothered on a Saturday because of a concern we had but she only wants to be bothered if someone had chest pains or chronic pain so she can basically tell you to call 911 ... uhhhhh DUH!!!!!! Why would I call her for something that is obvious to go to hospital for !!! ???? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE??? Must have got her license from eBay

My husband has been throwing up for 2 days i called Dr Marin to get a prescription for vomiting on a Saturday. the doctor on call called in the prescription to pharmacies that are closed now. I was trying to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy that is open 24 hours. I called Dr. Marin again and she was so rude to me she said she didn't care about the problem and was yelling at me. I would not recommend this doctor she doesn't care about helping people. Will not go to her again.

Dr. Marin is great! I am so happy to have her as my primary care doctor. She is easy to talk with and concerned for patient care.

The office staff is very unprofessional. Needed to see another doctor, refferal took more than 5 phone calls to the office. Every time I was assured my referal is taken care of, it wasn't. Very bad customer service skills and organizational skills. There is a huge problem with communication between patient and office staff. Wait for the appointment is long once you scheduled for certain time, it is never on time. Bad doctor practice! I don't trust them anymore and changed my provider.
