Yuri Talalaev

I have been a patient of Dr. Talavaev’s for fifteen years and he was great. However, for the past year, I have been unable to contact his office via phone. It doesn’t even have voicemail! You have to literally drive to their office for anything-medicine update or release, appointment making, etc… Today I arrived at his office to check on an appointment because I had written it down incorrectly and needed to check on the actual time of the appointment. I arrived at eight, when they open (it says so on the building) and the door was locked. I waited ten minutes…still locked. I returned to my car and called the office again, no answer. I contacted his emergency line and told them that I just needed to reach the office to see if my appointment was right now (clearly it wasn’t since everything was locked). She said their office hours were 8-4 on Fridays and they should be there. There was a car parked in the back of their office too. So it is now 8:15 and I tried the door again and knocked. No answer. What has happened to this office? What if I had an emergency because of an accident close by? Aren’t doctors offices supposed to serve the community at all times when they are supposed to be open. Ridiculous! Update two days later… I received an automated reminder via phone about the appointment that was today. To be clear, Dr T is not the problem with this office. He is a caring, thorough and kind man. I still don’t like that we can’t call in, but maybe using the patient portal may work best. Dr Yuri Talalave and the Comprehensive Medical Center staff have taken care of my medical needs since 2006 to today's date. I have never been denied an immediate appointment when needed and always answered my self medical questions. Dr. Talalave especially has always shown he has my best interest for tests when I presented a problem. I highly recommend him and his staff. Excellent doctor.

He is direct, doesn't pull any punches. Professional and informative. I highly recommend him.

Visits are brusk. Follow-up for insurance claims isn't done in a timely manner. Dr. often seems dimissive.

Don’t do it, worst medical care.

Dr Y. Talalaev is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He cares about his patients, and is a great diagnostitian. We know we are always in good hands!

Dr. Talalaev read my medical records before we met, addressed all recent issues in addition to the one problem for which I made the appointment. He was sharp, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go to him again.

Worst front end lady. Very rude. Not helpful. Didn’t know any answers to the questions. Asked it I could come and self pay cash and she said no. States they wouldn’t work with me at all and refused to answer questions about different ways to pay and what insurance they did take!! Front office is the first person you see and talk too. I would not recommending this doc. During 8 years of being his patient. He was not able to connect my high blood pressure with a malfunction of my kidneys. He did not found out that I had diabetes 2.

My husband went to Dr T for a routine exam and Dr T found a lump on my husbands knee. Luckily it was ruled out as benign but I'm so grateful for his attention to detail.
