Was able to get an appt same day. The wait time once I arrived was about 1 minute. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pratte’s for 10+ years. He’s great. I recommend him as a primary care doctor to all family & friends.

Dr Pratte is THE BEST

Dr Pratte listens to his patients and provides excellent care.

Dr. Pratte is truly wonderful. He seeks to understand before making any recommendations.

Trying to get through the phones in the North Orem Clinic was a nightmare. I started early Tuesday and finally got through Wednesday evening after waiting 15 mins on hold right at 5 pm. I left several phone messages as well. I told the receptionist what I needed. Early afternoon Thursday I had not heard back. I called again several times. I left a message. I called later that day close to 5pm and got a different receptionist, who told me there were no notes or messages she could find that went to the Dr etc. I left notes with her. Finally, sent an email to the office manager and I got a call shortly after, setting a time to come in. She was notably frustrated at my experience. It wasn’t the first she had heard recently. Several weeks ago I had a similar experience trying to get in and later to get a prescription. Reception was terrible, I feel bad for my Doctor…he can’t treat patients well if they can’t contact the office with reasonable effort.

Love Dr Pratte! He is wonderful.

Staff was very polite & professional. My wait time was under 5min. Dr. Pratte genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time going over your concerns. ????????

Dr. Pratte is has been has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is incredible. He is through his kind he is patient and listens he doesn't make me feel like I'm just a head ache because I'm disabled on Medicare and Medicaid a nobody I have serious brain damage and anxiety. I moved out of the county for awhile and he had no problem taking me back has a patient. I'm so grateful in case of an emergency he will find room to squeeze me in. He truly cares about his patients. He is a great man who loves his job. His secretaries and nurses are also amazing. I'm so grateful. They don't get enough praise. They are very patient with me and this unreliable transit system They all deserve a raise. I will never go anywhere else

Dr. Pratte really listens to you. I've been going to him ever since I was a kid. Even when I've moved to Lehi I still go to Dr. Pratte. He's amazing.

Dr. Pratte has been our primary care physician for years now. He’s always very attentive and has the best attitude. He listens to our concerns and remembers details from past visits.

Dr Pratte is one of the most personable and direct doctors that I have had the chance to be able to see. Great communication and genuine.

Money hungry. Had an antibiotic which led to yeast issues. All I wanted was a prescription to kill the yeast and they wanted to make me come back in so they could charge me more money.
