Dr. Scott David Peterson

Dr. Peterson is the only doctor I’ve ever had that doesn’t make me feel rushed. He gives you his full attention and he genuinely tries to help. I wish every doctor was like him!

Scott knows who you are and understands your issues.

He listens to his patients

Personable, knowledgeable and willing to spend time listening and responding to our concerns as always. What's not to like. Office staff is great also. Doesn't hurt that he just happens to be our much loved son also :-)

Dr Peterson is amazing. He goes the extra mile for my autistic 6 year old. He gives the extra care, is patient, understanding, and makes sure that everything is taken care of . He makes sure to address any and all concerns no matter how little or as large they may be. He is the best Doctor that we have had.

Dr. Peterson was very thorough, more so than any doctor I have had in the past. It was my initial visit and physical with him. He gave me a rigorous, in-depth physical exam, checking for melanoma and other concerns. He pinpointed some health concerns of which I was not aware, and order tests and a follow-up visit. He was very professional and business like, and both listened to and addressed my questions.

Dr. Peterson is probably the best physician I’ve had over many decades. He’s listens patiently, is respectful, knowledgeable, and inspires trust.

On a busy day for Dr Peterson, he was thorough and not only addressed the reason I was seeing him, but on a careful exam he discovered something I wasn’t aware of and by doing so may well have saved my life.

He is the best doctor I started out with his dad when I was 14 years old then when his dad went on his mission I changed to Scott he is a very careing and ask alot of questions to find out how to best help you I live in lehi but haven't wanted to change to a closer Dr because I like where I'm going.

The Visit was so wonderful. Dr. Peterson is such a wonderful doctor. The Staff is very helpful. He takes such great care of me. He makes sure that I am in great health.

Dr. Peterson is a humble, kind physician who cares deeply about is patients. He portrays his concern by ensuring thoroughness in his diagnosis and treatment. He never seems rushed, even though he has many patients, but invests time to answer questions and make sure there is peace of mind. His knowledge of medicine is superb. I’m grateful for such a wonderful doctor.

Scott has been our family MD for more than 20 years, and I actually now drive down from Sandy to keep the continuity of care. He is an excellent diagnostician, and has always offered excellent advice as well as an excellent ear - he actually listens! He was my kids' doctor, and is now my grandson's doctor (and he delivered him). He truly cares about his patients, and is one of the best doctors I have every had the pleasure to work with.

Dr. Peterson and his nurse Jen are fantastic! We have been coming to see Dr. Peterson for over 20 years and are extremely happy with his care. Unfortunately, the front desk employees are difficult to work with. They are not friendly and always seem put out by your requests (scheduling a same day appointment, requesting paperwork to be filled out by the doctor or even just checking in for your appointment). If you can handle the frustration of the front desk, I would highly recommend Dr. Peterson

I love Wasatch Medical Center!! The Staff and doctors are amazing. Dr. Peterson is an amazing doctor to both kids and adults. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have and never makes me feel like he's in a hurry to get me out of there. I would recommen him to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

Will order a ton of testing and then not prescribe anything to help...even though I have been on my current meds for 10 years. Would not even see me when I asked specifically to talk to him. (Yes it was after hours and he did not have any patients.) Would not recommend at all...especially if you don't like to pay over $1000 in lab bills and office fees for absolutely nothing!
