Mohsen Tamasaby

I went to Tamasaby one time a few years ago, and didn't go back. Then recently moved back to Reno and decided to give him another chance thinking maybe he just had a bad day. But no... in my opinion he's just not a caring doctor. Asked me a question and didn't let me finish. Wouldn't refer me to a Neurologist even though a Dr in California said I should go to one. Basically, I'm just not comfortable with Dr Tamasaby. Maybe he's a good Dr to others, but I'm not impressed. Can't recommend and won't be back. .

Intentionally Negligent staff and naïve doctor who continually misdiagnosed me without even seeing me in person several times and never followed through in getting me into an infectious disease doctor my condition has worsened and I have to start all over with a new doctor. I’ll probably be dead by the time I get into a pro who knows what they are doing and are about the career of HELPING PEOPLE. 5 years ago dr. Tamasaby told me to quit my job and get Medicaid to pay for my carpal tunnel. 6 months later I have no job and no carpal tunnel, because I didn’t have carpal tunnel at all. My blood work showed immuno diff. That was all he ever said. Finally after much suffering he suggests sending me to an infectious disease doctor 4mo later I still haven’t seen an ID doc because the doctors staff intentionally never send the referral. She even lied to me several times when I called and asked her to send it again because they didn’t receive it Not only lying to me repeatedly as I suffer but she also didn’t put the needed info on the referral that ID specialists need to see when they decide to pick up your case. She just put unknown rash??? Hello!! All of a sudden Auto immunity!! Not to mention the 6 other symptoms of a parasitic infection and possibly communicable! Thanks for nothing! Shopper beware these people DO NOT CARE!!

We have been going to see dr.Tamasaby since we moved here 3 years ago he even had my back against false allegations by cps as he knows our family very well when ever someone ask me do I know of a good dr I always refer them here for children all the way to adulthood no joke best dr ever

I cannot understand a physician who does not, will not respond to pharmacy refill requests. In order to get a refill, you must call the Tamasabi to request your refill, giving name of drug, dosage, your name, phone number, etc., then call the pharmacy for a refill. He refuses to respond to a simple fax request from the pharmacy and he has taken up to three days to call it in. I have this problem with NO other physician.

My experience at Dr. Tamasaby's office was excellent. He is compassionate, kind and he listens to you! Imagine that! I found his staff courteous, efficient and quick. I was so upset when my last primary doc closed his office, but when I found Dr. Tamasaby's office, I cheered! I had previously worked with Dr. Tamasaby for aprox. 1 1/2 years and after working with him, I had no hesitation or qualms about making him my primary physician. GREAT DR. & STAFF. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEM A LOT!

I love this doctor and his staff. They work good with me and all my problems. He try’s to solve problems that is what I love about Dr. Tomasaby he has a Genuine concern to get things right in someone’s health problems.

LOVE!!! This place, Jessica an Veronica are amazing, for my son, mother an I. Dr. Tamasaby gets straight to the point an always ask how I’ve been or anyone I know who goes there. He’s great with my son an makes him feel comfortable going to get his shots, (etc). Fast and friendly service. Next day appointments. The best clinic I've been to in Reno.

I didnt care for the location; mainly because he shares and office and it makes you feel uncomfortable to have your children there. The office staff are terrible at their job. Once the nurse asked if i was there for a follow up when that wasnt the case at all. I was there for something new. Also when i was told i had a hernia, the nurses were suppose to call and set up and ultra sound for me. They never did and about a month later i was rushed to the hospital for it and had the surgery. The nurses arent the best at claiming children when its time for shots. My child pulls the needle out and screams. He doesnt do that with the ladies at the wic office. The Dr, doesnt have a good bedside manor. He is rude and also isnt good with children. My child wont go near him. I would have to hold and hug my child when he got checked out. Major stranger danger there. So I have changed doctors and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. I think he is very good at what he does best doc I have been to in a very long time

Ater nearly 20 years of not being heard, this is the first dr who has listened. As for the review about claiming children I believe that is a parents responsibility, giving a negative review just isnt fair. He is amazing, thanks staff and Dr. Tamasaby!

Established as a patient today (May 23) and found every aspect to be respectful, cordial and attentive. Jessica took good care of me. As far as Dr. Tamasaby himself his exam room prescense and attentiveness to listening was excellent. I will be continuing to see Dr. Tamasaby and I hope I never see the pitiful one star posters. Dr. Tamasaby has worked miracles in my life. He has always been there for me and my children and has always done what's best for us. His staff are always welcoming to us, very professional and attentive to our needs. Jessica is an amazing MA and always tries her best to get me in at the last minute and is so loving to my children we adore all of them. I will keep Dr. Tamasaby as long as he will keep us. I LOVE DR. TAMASABY HE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY EVEN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT . I CAN ASK HIM ANYTHING AND HE WILL GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AND DOESN'T GO INTO AN HOUR OF EXPLANATION THAT AT THE END I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. HE IS ALWAYS CALM AND NEVER IN A RUSH . Dr. Tamasaby is a great doctor however the office staff is the worst. Jessica in his office should not be in Customer customer service in any way. She is rude and unprofessional and does not care when you have problems that need to be worked out. She is the reason we are switching doctors.

I feel like he is a knowledgeable doctor. He seems to listen to my health concerns and the concerns for my children.

I understand current medical system leave physicians at a disadvantage, due to high patient numbers, low reimbursement, and lengthy processes; however, that is no excuse for the lack of professionalism exhibited. His office staff lost paperwork and failed to return phone calls within appropriate (2 weeks) time frames, even after numerous follow-up phone calls. Dr. Tamasaby didn't review records prior to appts. & forgot to authorize important procedures (even after they were scheduled).

I have been in pain for over 17 yrs from a work accident. I had been to this dr before and he gave me hydrocodone in low low dose and alprzalam with no uppage of dose there either. I lost my reg dr. who had give med pain medication that worked and I had never felt better all these yrs. I did NOT abuse overtake or hoard. But he sais I looked horrible. Well one I had no pain medication in 7 days, and I had been up all night crying. But I was in PAIN.He refused any help.You dont just stop pills.LAW
