Dr. Brito is the BEST doctor! I had a horrible experience with my previous ob/gyn. Every appointment was uncomfortable, nerve wrecking, and she made me endure unnecessary, invasive procedures that have caused extreme anxiety. I expressed my concern about seeing a new doctor, and Dr. Brito made me feel so at ease. My first appointment went over, but I appreciated her patience. The first 10 minutes we had a regular conversation before starting anything. I actually look forward to visiting her office each year! She makes getting pap smears a breeze! Loved her. I've been to local group practices that felt very impersonal. Dr. Brito had a smile and she LISTENED and had some great insights.

Dr Brito is AMAZING!! Best bed side manner! She is easy to talk to and genuinely listens to your concerns. She’s also a skilled surgeon who you can trust. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! The staff was very professional from the moment I made my first phone call. Once in the office, I am happy to say that everything was very organized. I waited almost no time before I was taken in for my visit. Dr. Britto has excellent bedside manners and really took her time during the appointment. We went over everything and I felt well taken care of. She even came back in the room to follow up on something important which I had completely forgotten about. Dr. Brito is very knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend her because she is caring and always willing to talk. She takes her time to get to know you, and always supportive and positive every time I visit

Horrible, go somewhere else. I had the most uncomfortable experience. Does absolutely nothing to put her patients at ease. Staff was really nice but Dr. Brito was horrible.

She treated my mother poorly and refused to acknowledge or resolve an issue that resulted in my mother having to pay a hefty amount of money for a procedure that otherwise should have been covered if the Doctor had classified it the correct way.

Awesome doctor

Dr. Brito and her team are great! I have been seeing her from the moment I found out I was pregnant. She took her time to review my history with me at my first visit and actually takes her time at every visit. She truly listens to any concern I may have and provides her utmost knowledgeable recommendation. She is so sweet and honest. I was lucky enough to have her throughout the night(even past her shift) to deliver my baby! She made the experience so much better and was super understanding about my feelings. She’s one of the best doctors I have met! She took care of my sister in law and I while we were pregnant and was there for my delivery. She made sure she got called at any time and day when I started contractions. She is wonderful and has the best personality. I will come to Dr. Brito for all my pregnancies. I went for an appoiment because i am trying to get pregnant and I am 21. When i saw the doctor she was surprised and asked me why??! That i should not because i am young. And then she was asking me about if I am studying (yes I am) and when she asked me about my husband's job ( he is in the army) she said that they dont pay good and again she said that i shouldnt try to get pregnant.. which is my decition!. At the end she just gave me a paper about how to get pregnant. I can google that! Horribl

I highly recommend Dr. Brito to my friends and everyone. Dr. Brito is an excellent doctor in so many ways. She is very knowledgeable and explains to the patient in details. She is very warm and kind. I just moved to Stamford, CT and have to find new doctors. I’m very pleased that I made an appointment and met with Dr Monica Brito today. She’s very nice, thorough, and spent time with me discussing my health issues. I felt comfortable talking to her. I would recommend her to my family and friends....

Dr. Brito was attentive and present during my visit. She connects to much more than the physical body and this was important to me.

I had the worst experience with a physician in my life with this woman. I have never come across a less sympathetic, less caring human being in my life. She was entirely focused on administrative details and didn't care or realize that her brusk manner (in an already vulnerable time) was upsetting me. I strongly encourage you to reconsider if you are thinking about using this doctor. I got into my car and cried....which I have never done before in my life.

I had made an appt 2 weeks prior and was told to come a few minutes early. I had been sick all night and arrived 7 minutes late. Staff said we may have to reschedule, which would have been ok if not for the Dr. who felt the need to come out and be rude, arrogant and short. I tried explaining that I needed to only see if my baby was ok, i was worried due to my previous histories of MC. She said, "if it was that important, you should've been here earlier". Terrible person, condescending, unkind.

She helped me identify the pain I was experiencing, but I was extremely disappointed in her bedside manner (especially considering my vulnerable state while being examined). As I tried to explain what was going on with my body (which she hadn't seen before that appointment), she condescended to me. Not okay. On top of that, I still don't know how to ease my pain. She is not my normal ob/gyn. I wouldn't have gone if I'd had other choices available to me. The 2 stars are for the diagnosis only.
