I had a great experience during my pregnancy with Dr Turk. I was at a different practice until my 33rd week of pregnancy when I decided to look for a smaller practice where my doctor (not 5 doctors) would actually take the time to get to know me. I found that in Dr Turk and his team/practice. Throughout the next 7 weeks, I met with solely Dr Turk never waiting more than a few minutes for him. We talked through my birth plan (I was looking for a doctor who wouldn't textbook me and disregard my request for as natural of a birth as possible) and we were able to carry out the plan. Super happy to have made the switch despite being so late in my pregnancy. I'd definitely recommend Dr Turk!

The dr is fine, not my favorite but it’s his front desk staff that are terrible. I requested my medical documents to be sent over to a new dr over a year ago- signed the medical release paperwork which they didn’t file. They never sent the files and now I have to go through the whole process again. They are totally unhelpful, disorganized and incredibly rude. Will never go back here for that reason alone. Very experienced and diligent doctor. Listens patiently and shares his knowledge to educate his patients.

I’m very late with this review (4 years late or so...) I found Dr. Turk after spending hours online looking for someone who would help me bring my second baby into this world vaginally after a c-section (VBAC). I live in NY and had my first child at Bronxville Hospital in what I can modestly describe as a traumatizing experience. The thought of not being able to bring my kid into the world (again) as Mother Nature intended and the idea of birthing another life through the same incision (c-section recovery was no walk in the park) terrified me and made me feel very vulnerable. Dr. Turk spoke to me in an informing, caring but realistic way and after some questions and evaluations he determined I was a good candidate for VBAC. On 9/17/15 after what felt like the most glorious labor experience (in comparison to my first) I was able to push almost 10 pounds of heavenly chub, my second baby boy . I still live in NY and I’m still a patient of his. The drive is no big deal when you know you’re in great hands, and that exactly what Dr. Turk and his team are. Highly recommend! Great Doctor, thorow and caring! Highly recommend!

Caring, knowledgeable and prudent. I have pre-pregnancy BP and he always takes extra care of me as his patient. He delivered my first daughter and I am so glad to be going back to him for my second pregnancy.

Dr. Turk is a very professional and thorough doctor. He performed a dangerous surgery early in my pregnancy and monitored me closely through my pregnancy. You can tell he cares very much for his patients. He will be performing surgery on me again and I feel comfortable putting my life in his hands. Hands down a wonderful, excellent doctor. Enters inti surgeries without caregul consideration if what is being done. Does not take care of issues as nited. Requests waivers to allow room for gross error. Poor judgement.

Attentive, smart, and will not shuffle you in and out. I have been going to Dr Turk for 8 years and he managed my pregnancies and deliveries perfectly. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and spends time answering all your questions. He delivered my son a bit over 3 months ago and although my birth plan didn't go as intended, I fully trusted Dr. Turk's decision in me having a c-section. My scar is so low and it healed so amazingly well. Also, everyone at his office is so friendly and helpful and I never wait more than 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable and spends time answering all your questions. I have been Dr. Turk's patient for several years. I traveled from Westport to Greenwich to see him because he was willing to prescribe bio-identical hormoes without charging an exorbitant fee as almost all other Doctors were doing. I brought my daughter to see him when an endocronologist diagnosed poly cystic ovarian disease. He disputed the diagnosis and his assessment was later supported by another endocronologist. He is my go to Doctor a really smart , knowledeable healer .... the best!
