Dr. Myron Irwin Murdock

Shocked and appalled by how unprofessional Dr. Myron Murdock reacted when seeing my mother during her scheduled appointment today. We were seen 1 hour after our scheduled appointment time and no apology was issued for the delay. Dr. Murdock did not speak to the patient when she entered and when asked how his day was going he stated, “busy.” Dr. Murdock decided to answer a personal phone call from FedEx during the middle of the appointment and did not apologize for taking the call or excuse himself. Doesn’t he understand that makes a patient fell less of a priority, especially when dealing with something delicate. When he was told that he was rude in the middle of an appointment, he responded by saying he can do whatever he wants in his own practice because it was not rude for him to answer the phone. I’ve never seen a doctor operate in this fashion and his disregard for a client. I’ll be calling the medical board on him. Front desk is rude! Hung up on me and cut me off twice to please me on hold before I could get to explain I was already on the phone with another front desk smh Be professional keep your attitude at home everyone got there issues going on.

Excellent...If you are having problems with your bladder, Dr Murdock is the right doctor to consult. He is very knowledgeable and will come up with the right diagnosis for your particular bladder problem.

Dr. Murdock operated on my father today even though he is 88.5 years old and doesn’t have a life and death condition. He does have dementia though so he probably didn’t understand the risks. He was relying on his new wife to protect him and she did not.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience ever!! Dr. Myron Murdock was running 1.5 hours behind. He was rude, condescending, and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
