This was my first appointment with the Center for Vein Restoration in Greenbelt, MD. I was very pleased with Doctor Satwah, and his Staff, Heidi, Cynthia, and Summer I received outstanding care. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every question, because I had many, but he was so patient. Very pleasant office and I look forward to my next visit with them.

My visit to CVR was very helpful to me in understanding exactly what is going on with the veins in my leg. Each person explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. Dr Strickland came in and greeted me and proceeded to explain my options to correct the situation. He explained the procedure and left the decision up to me as to what I would decide to do. Also he reassured me if I change my mind I could call the office and they would help me. Everyone very polite. I would recommend the staff in this office to family and friends.

The women who work in the office are so kind very caring. I found all of them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am so glad I picked this practice!

The ultrasound tech is not professional. Her refusal and her choice to accept a patient who was almost 15 minutes late over my appointment in which I was on time for made a clear and bold statement that she did not care or respect my time. How is it fair to make me wait for an appointment I was on time for and she was available. Seem to me there was some form of inherent bias or discrimination in her decision making. I will not return for services.

The staff was excellent they welcome you made you feel like family didn't feel like a doctor's office the doctors there was very friendly kind bedside manner of was excellent great place to get help.

I kinda feel like an ATM when I go there. The problem I went there for was overlooked and I was given a long term plan that had a pretty decent price tag. I told everyone about my preexisting condition and they appeared clueless as to how my two issues were connected. On a brighter note, I look better cosmetically.

The entire CVR Team are all warm and welcoming from the checkin point and right on through the exam and consult. Cindi and Dr. Satwah were especially nice caregivers!

Before my appointment I was very nervous not knowing what to expect upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles. The ladies at the counter was very professional. I had a vein study done at the Greenbelt location this morning, and my experience was, for the most part, positive. The receptionist was very nice, and the nurse who went over my diagnostic results was very knowledgeable and thorough. My issue was the lack of communication from the technician performing the test. While he didn't do anything overtly unprofessional, I think it's very important to communicate what you're going to do with a patient. It can be very jarring to have a technician begin testing and touching you without explaining how it will work, especially if the patient has never had the test done before (as was the case with me). Again, a mostly positive experience, but when you're dealing with a patient's personal space and the test involves physically touching them, I don't think there can ever be "too much" communication between technician and patient. Best Vein Clinic EVER

Very pleasant and efficient service.

Very nice office. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my 64 years old mom there, very doubtful at the biggining but, amazed with the result just few weeks later.

I did a vein treatment at this clinic, they told me that if I paid everything in full, I would get a discount and my surprise was a week I received an extra charge of 800 dollars and the treatment was not completed I do not recommend this clinic look for another Better option

Awful experience with the Greenbelt and Alexandria locations. They tried to overcharge me for my services there. I had to do my own trouble shooting to determine how much I owed if anything. My leg is still in pain. Much more so now. I was rushed through the entire process while at the facility for treatment. They did not numb me enough prior to starting the procedure. I have lost sensation in two areas of my leg. I was encouraged to get services I didn’t need after seeking a second opinion. Don’t waste your time or money.
