Great doctors. Dr. Botros and medical/nurse staff are great. Issue is ridiculously long waits. Paperwork is asked to be done twice online and at the office the exact same information. Expect to spend 2-4 hours MINIMUM here for every scheduled appointment including regular check ups and shots. Office staff works slowly gets referral info incorrect and requesting medial records is like pulling a mouthful of teeth. The med staff is worth it but bring snacks and blankets for the babies. I just got out of my 4 month old baby appt. Didn't even sit out there for more than 5 min. The nurses, and receptionist are very nice, and the Dr answered all my questions. I recommend this Drs office.

Amazing staff ???? , ever since I was recommended to Nancy Botros , I've been having a wonderful experience . They are able to work with you . Botros , Elias, and the Other doctors I've seen have been very patience to my kids . Definitely recommend and trust your little ones with them. Dalia and the girls up front are super friendly.

I have brought my 4 kids, now ages 12-25, and I have always been very pleased with Dr.Botros. Her diagnoses for all my kids, from something simple to extreme, she is always on point. She is always presentable, compassionate, great listener, and my kids all loved her service which really matters to me.

The office is very clean. Always in good spirits. My only complain is depending on the doctor you get the treatment for illness is different. The front desk is amazing though.

I would recommend this pediatrician to everyone! They are absolutely amazing thre staff and doctors go beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease with your child's health. My 4 kids have been seen by doctor botros since theyre were born, the oldest is15 and i we will be coming here as long as we can. Dr botros and Dr salhab have been with me to ensure the healthy growth of my kids. They always go above and beyond with testing to make double sure eveything is ok. The doctors return phone calls promptly if asked to speak with them or to give quick test results. They always try their hardest to give same day appointments for really sick kids to be seen asap and if not as soon as they can or they recommend another office or urgent care. The nurses are kind and patient with the kids and their fears also. Their office is extremely clean and professional with a loving touch for the kids. I would recommend this pediatrician to everyone! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Botros and the staff at the office. Dr was available and knowledgeable of questions we had regarding our new son. He developed a severe milk allergy and she had a plan of action for him to get him on the right track. When we were having trouble getting the expensive formula covered by our insurance they gave us cans of the formula which was truly a blessing. I recommend Dr. Botros and her staff. And I forgot to mention she did my sons circumcision in the hospital and visit him to do her assessment pretty much every day we were in the hospital. 5+ stars for Dr. Botros and the office staff! This is a Beautiful Office ,how ever The receptionist gives you a HORRIBLE attitude! Seems like every question you ask her buggs her ! Claudia is her name ! I called and asked for my sons blood work results put me. On hold for a sec and said everything came back normal when i took my son back to his check up i asked dr.rene & he said my sons results havent came it? I was so upset so Unprofessional how can you sit there & lie to some one regarding lab work that receptionist needs to Be Fired ! I honestly have never had a bad experience. And Dr. Botras is wonderful. These Dr.s have been seeing my son since birth and I love them! Never have had a problem with the staff either. Yes you have to wait a little while but when do you not at any office. It's a wonderful place with wonderful Dr's. Also when they are on call they call you back very quickly!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called on the 14th of July to make an appointment. I was scheduled for 2:45 pm today. When I called this afternoon to confirm, I was told they had no record my son was ever scheduled there so I must have called the wrong office. I called their other office who gave me the same run around. Finally, I called the Upland office again just to be told that they had rescheduled him for this morning and never told me!!!! Dr Botros looked at my daughter and said she needs a referral, she couldn't get us out of her office fast enough. She also over charged my insurance for the 2 min we spent with her. Will not be taking my kids there again.

I have had it with the office staff, attitude problems and things should be changed, not only that physicals with the doctors, why bother they ask you how the child is doing and say see you next year. First year I actually consider getting the flu shot for my kids and it is like digging for gold. I will be changing pediatricians and hope to find a good one soon. The urgent care has seen my child and knows more of my child's history than the pediatrician that has to tell you something. The front office staff are nice,more so the lady who answers the phones, she is patient and overwhelmed. Te refferalist or nurse is also kind. The doctors in this office I only saw two and out of the two Salhab is better with parents. The doctors are not very educated about children with autism and its category of classifying it as a disability. In San bernardino county this issue is very much a realistic nightmare. Nancy Botros is not very up to the times with autism treatments. Instead they have a list of referrals to doctors who prescribe medication as if the medication will end the Autism. It does not. I brought my kids for a visit with Dr.botros she was good also has good bedside manners , and Jessica was such a compassionate assistant very professional I am definitely staying with this office

We have been coming to Dr. Botros for over 10 years, I had not once had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the doctors always answer my questions and most of all, my children are very comfortable here! I recommend Children's Choice Pediatrics to all my family and friends!

Horrible staff and doctor doesn't listen. My daughter suffered an injury that we believed required an immediate physical and/or stress test. They will only see her for the visual injury of the swollen cheek and after that visit they will see about scheduling a physical...WEEKS DOWN THE LINE. Horrible. From the first visit we felt that she handled our son very rough. After that we asked to only see Dr. Salhab (who is awesome!) and they scheduled several appointments with Botros anyway. I rescheduled them and after the visit they would still schedule with Botros. On our last visit we asked her to check his ear because he had an issue with it before, but seemed fine recently. She shoved a metal tool so far in his ear he screamed bloody murder and his ear started bleeding from the inside, and she acted like it was no big deal. Never again. Horrible. We are switching Doctors. We have 2 children ages 2.5 and 10 months. Both have only seen Dr. Botros. I don't ever feel like she explains things well. The worst is that you can NEVER GET IN ON TIME! Not 5 mins after your appointment, I'm talking 30 mins after your appointment. Then they take you to the room and do the vitals and then you sit in there for another 30 mins waiting. Do you have a 2.5 year old? They don't sit still in a small room very well. Even if you show up 15 mins early, and nobody is there in the waiting room, you still don't get in on time. The receptionist is also a problem. Not friendly and slow. I once called after my son dunked his head in a bucket of oil to see if I should take him to the emergency room and the receptionist put me on hold for 10 mins before she got back to me with an answer. I'm sorry, walk to one of the four patient rooms and ask the doctor and come back! Today was the last straw. My wife is currently sitting in the waiting room for an appointment that was an hour ago. Still sitting. That means she still will wait for over a half an hour after she gets in. She was there 15 mins early, which means this will be at minimum a 2 hour affair. The doctor is great. But the receptionist was horrible. When a nurse was giving me information at the front window, the receptionist turned to the nurse and I and said can you move somewhere else I am on the phone. She wasn't on the phone with a Patient or a doctor, she was on the phone with someone talking about how to fixing something in her home. After she sd that,k I looked around. There is 1 waiting room, 1 window. Where would she liked me to go. I have been there 3 times and I try avoided to go there (but when you kid is sick there sick,) She has no tack and is not professional. I truly thought she got that job because she knows someone not because she earned it. This is the thing you want to be a receptionist, fine just do your job. Dr. Botos is a wonderful doctor. She's very caring, takes a lot of time getting to know our children and us, and she's patient. She spends time during the visit watching and evaluating (not just rushing through, and giving perscriptions). She has been there for us through two new babies, and I completely trust her judgement.
