I have been seeing Dr. William Baek for about 2 years already. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Baek is always very caring and kind to me as his patient. He treats his patients as if they are his valuable family members. I highly recommend him.

I’m not satisfied at all. I paid $50 copayment and $83 more to cover his fee because he’s a specialist. He is not ethical. He refused to see the problem I’m having. It is his an ethical obligation of all the doctors to fix the problem I have because of another doctor’s malpractice. He charged me his fee and returned to me without treating my problems. Weird greedy doctors. If he was interested in treating the problem I’m having he shouldn’t have charged me. :( I’m not satisfied at all. I just finished seeing this doctor. Im am shocked at the things people are saying about Dr. Baek. He seen me and was so compassionate, he listened and actually had a conversation with me. Dr. Baek is knowledgeable, professional, he interacts with his patients, and is genuinely caring. He asked me about my medical history. He asked all the questions to get to know my health issues and gave me some of examples of things patients tend to be concerned about with the medication I take for my condition. I dont talk about my conditon alot, its emotional for me but I did not expect it to be hard for me to talk about it today. He assessed me, ordered a work up & blood work. Its hard to actually find good neurologist, I of many should know. If you are not happy with your provider go somewhere else. Dont be a patient some where and be miserable. Dont take up this doctors time while he is willing to give you his. I had another doctor appointment before this and the other provider was completely opposite I just finished seeing this doctor. Dr.Beak is the BEST

He was the only doctor after 15 years of progressively suffering to take the time and finally find a diagnosis. I've been under his care for 7 years now and I have made improvements and maintaining.

Dr. Baek LISTENS to his patients, and that is an awesome thing in these hurry scurry days. He also cares for his patients to the extent that he has a YouTube channel with music and words he's written to help get his patients up and dancing!

My experience with Dr. William Baek was not very favorable also. I do not trust the man.

Horrible doctor he wrongly diagnosed my son with seizures put him on medication that was not even for seizures. I request a 2nd opinion from a different neurologist I got refers to a pediatric neurologist in Loma Linda an amazing doctor that took his time reviewing all the test Dr Baek had done and said he was reading everything wrong that the medication Dr Baek prescribed was not even for seizures that my son was completely healthy my son had to go through so much because a doctor that doesn’t even know what he’s doing they even send wrong medications to the pharmacy and then they try to blame it on the pharmacy when the pharmacy received the prescription from their office. I just wanted to share our horrible experience with him because I don’t want any other parent to go through what we went through he might be a Neurologist but not for kids or teens be very careful and get a second opinion it is worth it. I do give this Doctor 2 stars because he is highly qualified, but he lacks compassion and needs to use some humility when dealing with patients and their family members. After reading some of the other reviews I see that their appears to be a common trend with this Doctor. Also, the fact that he works for Kindred speaks volumes(these are rated some of the worst hospitals). Also, appears to be one of those Doctors that just want to push medication and drugs. This a shame since he appears to be an accomplished Doctor. Dr. Baek is a true professional, charismatic and cheerful person. We see him once a year, we always look forward to meet with him.

Dr. Baek is the best hands down. I had been to several so called world renowned doctors who were unable to diagnose me. It took him less than a month to get the job done. I wish I would of found him sooner than I did. I have been with him for 2 years and would not even consider seeing a different doctor. He listens and gets results. I recommend him to everyone I know. Went to him when my wife began to have difficulty speaking. He sent her for an MRI, went over the results saying it was psychological. Must have had a golfing appointment because this consultation took about 5 min. Fortunately we found a speech therapist who strongly suspected she may have Primary Progressive Aphasia and seek a 2nd opinion. We did so. Current Dr. says therapist is excellent and on the right track and ordered tests to confirm. Therapist had more professionalism and competence.

I had my first appt with Dr. Baek today. I had a very favorable first impression of him. He listened carefully to my concerns about the medication I had been taking for a year and a half, and informed me about other medications I could switch to - their positives and negatives for my specific condition. I liked that he made eye contact, asked me questions directly. Although we had to wait nearly an hour, my annoyance disappeared when I realized he does not rush his patients.

I wouldn't even put one star if I could. I came in for help for a sudden increase of seizures and needed my levels checked. Instead he decided to not check my levels and threw a fit because he wanted me to be a guinea pig and take medicines that I didn't feel comfortable with. I saw him write on his notes that I was difficult and uncooperative and that it was my own fault I was having seizures. He decided to drop me as a patient and leave me without proper medical care. He didn't try to find the cause, or even ask me any questions whatsoever that would help find a PROPER solution. He never ONCE checked my levels since I've been seeing him well over a year, when it's supposed to be checked from every 4-6 months. He claimed it wasn't his job, when for a fact it is. And i even asked my primary and CONFIRMED HE we supposed to. I felt like Elaine from Seinfeld, like i was in the twilight zone. Who's the difficult one, a patient coming in for help or a the "doctor" who doesn't do his job? I wouldn't even put one star if I could. Dr.Baek, was very rude and didn't want to hear anything that I had to say. He works for Kindred Hospital in Ontario and has seen my son a few minutes twice a week and didn't seem to care at all that my son is being overmedicated. Wouldn't even listen to what I had to say even when I was trying to tell him that the information was coming from my son's Neurologist who he has been seeing for over a decade. Both my mom and I are patient's of Dr. Baek and we are so satisfied having such a kind, knowledgeable and professional neurologist. He's on top of both our medical condition and his staff and his assistant have excellent customer service. I truly recommend Dr. Baek????

Tragedy hit our family very hard a few years back, but God put doctors like Dr Baek to our lives to care for our son after his brain injury. He truly cares for his patients and we are forever thankful for all that he has done for us in these last few years. Since day 1 when we knew nothing about our sons outcome, he took the time to go over all questions we had, and answered ones we didn’t realize we had. He also helped us understand the medication he had to be on, and why. He made us feel so comfortable and we completely trust him with any recommendations he has for our son. Dr Baek is not the first Neurologist I've been to. The first time I met him I noticed how he took the time to hear my concerns as well as ask questions. I've been under his care for more than a year, and he has been consistent in his efforts, which is why I wanted to write this review. His staff is also efficient and have always returned my calls in a timely manner..

My daughter has been in er 3 times for bad headaches eye pain....cannot be seen by this Dr till July 8th he took her off work and she is now in er and the er doctor called spoke to him and he said he has not seen her ,well of course not she can't get in !!!.Also why would he give prescriptions without even knowing what is really wrong with her and take her off work....all the medications are just band aids for what's really going on ...he's not the one in pain for almost two weeks.... Dr Baek is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met . He doesn't care about what's in your wallet he cares about what's in your heart. His bedside manners are unmatchable to any doctor I have ever met.. I feel very blessed that my life is in the hands of Dr Beck. I trust him and I know I'm receiving the best care possible by being his patient. Kindness is a virtue most doctors don't have, intact they have forgotten why they became doctors in the first place.. This doctor is awful. He is arrogant, condescending, and has an awful bedside manner. He makes wait a month to get appointment, then you arrive on time and have to wait almost 2 hours to get called. While a sickly bunch of people hack and cough and kids cry in a tiny claustrophobic waiting room. Then you get called to your room while the Dr barks orders at you and you wait while he types in is laptop. What a quack his medical input is so far from helpful. Walk don't run to a more qualified Dr.
