This visit went so well! Greeted by friendly staff and wait time was less than 2 minutes. The technician that ran tests was thorough and explained everything clearly. Love this office, staff, and doctor!

Love the new location, easy to find. Dr. Davis is phenomenal, I’ve been seeing her for years and have recommended her to my family. She is patient, consistent and advances with technology in eye care. My experience is always pleasant, warm and the the entire team is friendly. There’s always a follow up to check in based on your preference, of course, and you’re not just a number—you’re treated with great care. This is one of the main reasons our family continues to remain under her care. She actually deserves 10 stars because of the legendary service provided and you can’t find many doctors like her these days.

Dr Davis was absolutely amazing. I'm 7 months pregnant & had been waiting for awhile & was getting hungry.....she jumped right into it & got me handled quickly so I could get something to eat. I am so glad I went to see her & will continue to do so!

Very professional

It was my first experience I went there on the 17th of April. So I had a good experience being my first time. Everyone there was very nice sweet and kind. It was fast didn't have to wait long and when they explain things to you it was understanding. So I gave Roanoke eye Care five stars ???? I just want to thank everyone for all the good work keep it up.

Dr. Davis, thank you for listening and taking time with each patient. The research you do is very beneficial to all of us. Your staff is awesome, helpful, friendly, they make people feel welcomed when they walk into the office. Always a pleasant experience!!!

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Nancy Davis for several years and will NOT go anywhere else unless needing specialized eye care such as macular degeneration! We love and trust Dr Davis and her wonderful "crew" working with her. They don't just treat just the eyes --they all work closely together for the betterment of the WHOLE person. We feel at home going into the office---like we are meeting up with family and friends! We highly recommend going to and trusting your eye care with Dr Davis. PS We are in our 80s and we feel as though we are an important part of their family and not just another old Medicare patient.

This office opens at 9:00 am. My appointment was at 9:30. I showed up at 9:12, more than the requested 15 minutes early. I was not called in for my appointment until about 10:12. How can an office be 45 minutes behind schedule at 10 in the morning? The doctor is very good and knowledgeable.

The staff is friendly & professional. Dr. Davis is a pleasure. She is attentive to all the information you can give her. She is dedicated to your unique eye health.

This was my first time here and I definitely will make it my home for my eye care. Every staff member was very personable and warm in their personality. Very engaging and knowledgeable. Their fearless leader and my new eye Doctor leads by example. She is just as genuine and engaging along with very thorough in her eye exam. You will not be disappointed. Dr. Davis and the staff are top notch. She's been my eye doctor for a very long time. Would not trade her for anything.

This has been the most accurate diagnosis and prescription I have had since having eye issues.

Dr Nancy Davis is a gem in the middle of an oasis. Her skills as a wholistic optometrist is unique and absolutely needed. She takes the time and listened to me. She didn't just do the usual of "which one is better", she talked about the health of the body can be seen in the eyes, and took into account the entire patient. I, personally, have not met a eye doctor like this before. And her staff also goes above and beyond to treat everyone with respect and kindness. Sara(h)? is wonderful at the front desk. I have not been in great health for the last 3 weeks and she listened and helped. I absolutely, positively highly recommend her. We have been seeing Dr. Nancy for over a decade now. We've actually moved to the other side of the metropolis, but prefer to drive to remain under her care. Dr Nancy is excellent in the thoroughness of her care, her staff is efficient, competent and pleasant.

I've been seeing Dr Nancy Davis for over 15 years, she's amazing! Its enjoyable reading these great reviews about her, folks I've been her patient for over 15 years, and she doesn't change she's so extremely thorough and knowledgeable. 8-9 years ago I went to Florida and fell into the water in a cove trying to sail-surf, I obviously got some containment or toxic organism in my eye, I almost lost my vision. Dr Davis treated me with a stem cell. And saved my vision/eye! I love Roanoke family eye care and I been coming here for a long time. Filling out their forms and having conversations about what each machine does so I completely understand. Everyone is very good to me there...friendly, helpful and reassuring. Dr. Nancy Davis is my Optometrist. She is phenomenal. She always lets me know the outcome of my tests and what to expect.
