Would not recommend. Awful experience, doesn't listen, and felt very rushed. Misdiagnosed my injury.

Dr Albertson conducted a very thorough examination, and explained her findings to my satisfaction. I was provided a written report as well. Dr Albertson gave me a physical therepy referral to ROC with the perfect therepist for my specific needs.

Super nice and thorough. When she was talking to me, she was all there.

Was In a lot of pain . The doctor, is wonderful. Explained the situation. Mapped out treatment.

Dr. Albertson gave me the most through review, evaluation, recommendations and direction including a referral for another type of assistance to help me. I’d recommend her to anyone.

My son suffered from head injuries from snow boarding that resulted in concussions. We are in northern California so we sought treatment here from numerous doctors. They seemed to just drag us around for a couple years with experimental procedures. My son got worse and started entering into behavioral health issues. I switched my focus to physicians in the Reno area. I experienced the same thing. Doctors who kept us hopeful but didn't really do much. I was searching the internet, like I have been for years and I saw Dr Naomi was at ROC, doing sports medicine. She agreed to see my son and our lives have been changed. She knew exactly what to test for and found problems that several other doctors never checked. My son know is 20 years old and working and enjoying life as he gets better. Thank you Dr Albertson for your patience, willingness to listen and plan of care suggestions. Also for not making me feel like Number.

Dr. Albertson was engaged, accessible and really knew her stuff. Great doctor.

Thank you Dr. Albertson for your efficiency, concern for my well being, and your kindness to me. With the pamphlet you provided for exercises, I am already feeling a difference in that joint. Again, thank you.

She was great! Friendly, took her time and was very knowledgeable. Spoke directly to my grandson and knew exactly what to do and how to go forward.

The whole process, including X-rays, took only an hour and Dr. Albertson was professional, engaging, direct, and obviously competent as she succinctly and sufficiently explained the problem and how to correct the problem. We highly recommend seeing Dr. Albertson for any upper arm and hand needs.

She was friendly yet strait forward with her recommendations .. which we really enjoyed as a change!! I have already recommended her to 3 old fat guys with bad knees like me.. I feel 200 percent better today than I’ve been. Many thanks????

Very professional felt very comfortable with her.

Dr Albertson is wonderful! Great bedside manners, very thorough in explaining your condition and listens well.. She also showed an interest in my complete well being. After my knee injections I feel 100% better! The medical assistant staff are great as well.

,,She gave me a steroid shot in my knew yesterday, and today I feel as though I have been blessed with a miracle. I can get out of chairs without pushing my self up, in and out of the car much more easily, and when I sat on the toilet seat before, I had to use two hands to pull my self up, today no hands etc, etc. I am a believer.
