I rate them one star on their optometry it’s been over a month and I haven’t received my new glasses from them which I payed up front and I went in on October 23rd 2020. I’m having Constant headaches and I can barely see to drive and that’s a problem for me because I need to be able to see the drive to work and I’m about to go into Boot Camp for the army and I don’t have my new glasses and I can’t wait four more weeks four them because in four weeks I won’t even be in California I’ll be somewhere like Florida or North Carolina, I won’t even be in this state and I do not have my glasses. They are really slow. Yes I tried calling they won’t pick up.
