Dr. Thomas Hoang Vu

Dr. Cuenca is hands down the BEST!!! I drive from Clovis to his office to see him. He's so gentle and patient and always gets the job done perfectly. I always leave his office receiving the best care!! If I could give 20 stars I would! Thank you Dr. Cuenca & staff for ALWAYS taking care of me and being the BEST!!!

Dr. Cuenca is the best dentist I have encountered in my 40 years on this planet. Often I am anxious when visiting the dentist but Dr. Cuenca is always able to calm my nerves (without chemical intervention). He has a gentle touch but at the same time gets the job done efficiently. I'd give 10 stars and 10 thumbs up if I could.

This office was alright until one of the lady’s in the front(lady with short red hair) yelled at my younger brother for crying in the waiting room.

All my family and also all my fellow coworkers have been going to DR Vu for many years . I highly recommend him His staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable

The dentist Thomas Vu is not AT ALL patient with kids. I took my daughter when she was 4 and obviously kids are scared. She started crying when they were about to start and he just yelled that he couldn't work like that. That was it. He didn't even try to do anything or try to talk with her or comfort her or anything at all.

This place is not even worth ONE star but it’s the lowest that I can rate it. Wouldn’t recommend, he did unnecessary work on my younger sister that is now costing her.

Everyone in the office is professional. Dr. Vu explains everything he is going to do and my experiences have been painless.

I've been going to Dr. Vu for at least 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and a very, very good dentist. He has close connections with his patients, always showing awareness for their personal dental hygiene and comfort. His staff is very professional, always finding the best accommodations for your schedule. My daughter had her braces removed, but the next day she said she was having trouble biting down. I took her to Dr. Vu, and he showed that the Orthodontist did not properly remove some of the glue from her teeth when taking off the braces. Having identified the problem, Dr. Vu removed the glue, and now my daughter and I are happy. Professionalism. I've been going to Dr. Vu for at least 10 years. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and anxiety could kick in at anytime. During a session I was being given an injection to numb my mouth and the injection was done incorrectly and my entire burned and hurt really bad. This of course triggered a panic attack. After I told my dentist what happened I began to cry because I was scared (I was 15) and he just looked at me. Didn’t say sorry, didn’t ask if I was okay, he just stared at me like I was crazy. He then proceeded to tell my grandma (the one who took me to my appointment) that I was on drugs with no proof whatsoever and that he refused to work on me. Had a crown put in today, Dr Vu explained and drew a diagram of the process. Made sure I was comfortable and only experienced slight discomfort. I would highly recommend him

He made sure I was numb.....I came the previous week for 3 cavities to be filled. My upper numbed easily but the bottom wasn't quite there. He said me being nervous was likely the cause....I told him I have an anxiety drug and he suggested I take it prior. I did a week later and got numb....he did the other 2. I'd highly recommend him. My experience at other places has been mortifying.....they'd "try"....to do work and I'd be in pain. He'll send you home rather than cause you pain. Very content

Dr. Vu is great. Staffs are extremely friendly. They'll work with all insurances. Been with this doctor for almost 7 years now.

Been going here for a few years, everyone working there is extremely friendly and Dr. Vu and his assistants do a great job of telling you what your situation is. Every question is fully answered as well.
