I found Dr. Mathur when I first moved to Manassas. I think his practice had just opened. He was professional, personable and made me feel great about going to the doctor. He used to call a couple of days after the appointment just to check up on me. Over the years as the practice grew he wasn't at the Manassas office and appointment times became hard to get. I once made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for a over a half hour. Several times I was billed for things my insurance would have coveredif it was sent to them.and paperwork that was supposed to sent never was . Amazing Doctor - if you are looking for a doctor who cares, listens and helps go see him!!!! He’s beyond fantastic!

Ive went here for a regular physical in the past and he was amazing as well as the staff. He shows great professionalism and general concern for peoples well being. I will be back to see him

I am very happy that I used Dr. Mathur for a well visit physical. I found Dr. Mathur and his entire staff to be friendly, helpful, concerned, and thorough. I will encourage my wife to change her PCP to Dr. Mathur.

He took care of my 97 year old mother for 4 years with compassion and care. He was on call for us whenever needed.

They are super Good Dr. Cojo, she is very thorough and caring she is an excellent Physician, respond to your calls and concerns very quickly

I recently came in there for lab work and it was the best experience ever. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. The NP is absolutely wonderful she took the time to answer my concerns and all the questions I had in regards of my health. I have been to other places and they are the usual I take your money here is a prescription and only talking to you for 10 min and out the door you go. This place is nothing like that. I never got a chance to be seen by Dr. Navdeep Mathur. I had made an appointment on ZocDoc for a disability/ compensation evaluation. I am a military veteran who is struggling to with the VA to get medical care for injuries sustained in the military. My hope was to get Dr. Navdeep Mathur to give his medical opinion but the receptionist/secretary cancelled my appointment. She claimed Dr. NM couldn't see me if I wasn't making him my Primary Care Physician. All I wanted to be seen by a Dr. (MD) who could provide an expert medical opinion. I did not ask the receptionist to call me and convince me my appointment would be "useless". I'm sure Dr. Navdeep Mathur is a great doctor. His staff needs some work. What a mess. For clarity, I am NOT a patient. I called in this morning hoping to find a new Doctor and I asked 3 questions before I was rudely rushed off the phone. I asked: 1) What is the average wait time for an appointment. (She replied "Today" which I thought was great) 2) Is this a call center or the actual Doctors office. (She replied "Doctors office" = great!!) 3) If I were to call in from say,, Mexico and ask if drugs I was prescribed in Mexico was OK for me to take; would the Doctor review the meds to make sure there were no red flags. (Madness ensued) I travel a lot and the last one was very important. I traveled to Mexico on assignment for a year and I had issues that resulted in a flurry of prescriptions from the local Mexican Doctors. I called my primary care physician to see if any of those meds would KILL ME or raised any red flag's with my primary Dr. I thought that was a simple, logical request. My Doctor would not talk to me and the nurse kept telling me I needed to make an appointment. Maybe I'm wrong but I expected my primary Doctor to take just a bit our of her day (I would expect her to charge me, that is not the issue) and review the meds to make sure my heart wouldn't explode. Either email,, over the phone I for some reason thought that my Doctors motivation to help extended beyond the doors of her office. Well, I'm searching for a new Doctor I called Dr. Mathur's office this morning among 3 others to get some basic information. All but Mathur's office went OK. This lady was so rude with me and kept insisting that "Doctor's consider it a time issue" (something to that effect) and concluded the conversation by stating: "Look, right now there is a patient in front of me and we've been on the phone for 10 minutes." I couldn't believe it. I told her that I'm a potential patient and she just didn't seem to get it. I would never recommend anyone to visit a practice whose sole intention is to maximize time management. It is also a shame that I didn't even speak to Dr. Mathur but his associates speak for him unfortunately and he is responsible for the service his practice provides. So to Dr. Mathur, there is more important things than rushing others through the cattle car and if your associates don't know that, perhaps training is in order. I've been blessed to have traveled and see how things work overseas and I'm grateful for that. I've seen better care in different Countries and the worst things is knowing that you can't change anything and are stuck with Doctors offices like this who are disrespectful before you even get in the door. We are stuck with ugly Doctors and the worst thing is that most of you have no comparison. Before you book an appointment: Call the office,, record the conversation, ask the questions I posted, laugh, post recording online for all to hear. This is so frustrating and there is a sex discrimination phenomenon at play here. As a man, every time a woman on the other side of the phone notes the slightest bit of anxiety from me or "a man" their attitude becomes defensive. However my mother,, YOUR mother can call up a Doctors office and YELL at the person on the other line and the person rushes to help.
