Neetu Pannala-Lakshma Reddy

Dr Reddy was our doctor and she took wonderful care of us. We moved away and my husband, my parents and I had to find a different doctor. We miss her. We miss her guidance, her care, and her concern for us. I wish she was still our doctor. Very rare.

Dr. Reddy is very kind and professional. She’s willing to listen, has options for me relative to treating my medical needs, and I’ve had consistently good care with her.

This office was absolutely no help and had no compassion. Thank you—I will never forget this. I won’t be coming to this office again and I’ll let my family know too.

Totally missed pneumonia diagnosis when I saw her fir breathing problems. Had to be admit to hospital very sick and had a chest X-ray and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Tried to have her transfer my medical test results for an out patient surgery and she refused until I had an office visit, but could not see me until after the scheduled surgery. Missed an obvious diagnosis and very uncooperative on other matters. Totally missed pneumonia diagnosis when I saw her fir breathing problems. My mom has had a horrible experience with this office - can NEVER get anyone on the phone, they prescribed a medicine she's allergic to and she can't get anyone to change it. Terrible service.

Dr. Reddy was professional, focused, and thorough. I hadn't been to a doctor in a while and had an actual list of concerns head to toe! She helped me to prioritize my concerns and set urged me to set up follow up appointments with her and needed specialists for concern areas. I was able to get the attention, assessments, medications, and care that I needed with a team of experts with Dr. Reddy as the initial contact and primary PCP along the way.

I was in the midst of having a miscarriage and communicated exactly this information to the nurse who spent 7-8 minutes with me before Reddy came into room. When Reddy came in room, she had a grin on her face and said so you had an ABORTION? I was mortified and so upset and with no remorse, she eventually corrected herself but never even apologized for such a major misuse of words!!!! I am devastated as this happened only a few days ago! I don't feel she deserves the title of MD

Awesome visit, not rushed and listened to issues then focused options for treatment. Personable staff. Definitely recommended.
