Worst Doctor. I have one leg shorter than the other and still in pain from hip surgery he did. He should not be in practice. I still have pain and problems with my legs and hip.

I was referred to Dr Flint on a Wednesday with a fractured wrist due to a fall! He performed surgery on Friday. I'm still in recovery mode - but I appear to be healing at a good rate. I would recommend Dr Flint & his staff - very kind, caring and attentive which I can appreciate when in pain!

I met him many years ago when he did my mom’s knee replacement. He was wonderful. Then, my son sprained his knee. We saw him then. I began having problems with my hands. I have Lupus & the doctors in Jacksonville didn’t want to touch me. Pretty much a “lupus” problem. I returned home & saw Dr Flint. He immediately saw the osteoarthritis in the thumb joint. We talked & knowing my complex medical history opted to be conservative and not jump to surgery. Five months later, I fell & hurt my wrist. I went back to see Dr Flint after seeing someone in Florida. Dr Flint is kind, caring, respectful, knowledgeable and I TRUST him. We chatted this time and reviewed my situation again in more depth. What a waste of time. I'll never be back.

I advise anyone who is recommended to this man to reevaluate your doctor and make sure you find someone else. I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment before in my life!!!!!! The receptionists are very sweet and so kind but once you walk back to the nurses you're walking into a battlefield. The nurse who saw me was an older lady with long silver gray hair and was semi nice but she must need a hearing aid because she didn't hear a word I said! Cancelled ALL my medications I was taking AFTER I got done telling her about how much pain I'm in 24/7 with my hip and that I have a labral tear. In comes Dr Flint who came in with NO PREP at all on what was going on with me. Yanked and pulled on my hip AFTER I told him how bad my pain is and how much pain I've been dealing with. I could tell he hadn't looked at my file at all because the things he was recommending were things I've literally already had done and on my file. It was ridiculous! And it gets better, he says he's gonna go look at my reports AND NEVER RETURNS. Doesn't close the door, so I see and hear him clear as day see OTHER PATIENTS. Not once did he go to the computer to look at ANYTHING. I waited 45 mins for him to come back, SURPRISE he never did!!!!! I had to go find someone to come back and finish my check out in order to leave. While walking back to my room I saw patient x-rays left open on the computer. Anyway, the same nurse that can't hear worth a darn came back and sent me to a specialist IN DECATUR! DECATUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took me off ALLLLLL my meds and said 'just take an Aleve once a day and you're fine.' i asked for some explainable reason to why I was left waiting for so long and why I was taken off my pain meds and she says 'oh we don't do pain maintenance'. ???? I was so upset I rushed out of there as quick as I could. I was so upset about the treatment and how I was pushed aside like I was nothing. No regard for me and my injury at all! It was like I was speaking to a brick wall. I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this man and his nursing staff if you want to get whatever injury fixed. This is the problem with doctors, they do not care at all. I cannot believe I experienced such unprofessionalism, disrespect, and utter unknowledgeable people in my life! Love dr flint. He fixed my sons hand right up. His staff is very nice, prices are reasonable if paying out of pocket. Hopefully he will fix my arm soon. I have a bone spur. See u soon dr flint

Don't ever see this man for anything. Other than his reception ladies the whole nursing staff including him ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!!

I needed to change drs.i was seeing a dr.in Marietta.,wasnt getting anywhere but alot of pain ..I learned about Dr.flint from a family member I decided to change Drs. and visit Dr.Flint my First visit seeing Dr.Russell Flint was Awesome i was so happy i made a change he was very caring listens takes all the time you need he wasnt in a hurry I was in alot of pain And Russell was the perfect Dr !! Dr Flint replaced both my knees. From day one on my right one, I mentioned to him my right leg turned out. I told him I couldn’t touch my ankles together when standing. He just said, “I don’t believe it will cause you any problems. Well, it did, so much I got a second opinion, and ended up having revision surgery. There was a definite issue that warranted the revision surgery. I was heartbroken this happened, but I had to go to another doctor to address problems I was having.

Arrogant, rude and doesn’t care about you after The Surgery. I could NEVER recommend Him or his Staff for ANY Orthopedic procedures. I was totally shocked and disappointed that I put my Health in this Doctors Hands. They say good Doctors are arrogant but the One is beyond that. I sat an heard how awful his Staff treated People on the Phone . Doctors like this need a reality check...... Aren’t I hiring you???? Dignity and compassion please.

EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. DR. FLINT HIMSELF WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MY VISIT WAS QUICK EASY AND A TO THE POINT DIAGNOSIS WAS GIVEN. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO GO SEE HIM.

Dr. Flint is personable, professional, and a good communicator. His bedside manner is excellent as he listens to your concerns with interest. He removed a needle from my foot -- and it healed so well! I would highly recommend Dr. Flint. I trust Dr. Flint so much that he will be performing another surgery next month on my arm. He is a wonderful guy!

Repaired a badly shattered wrist resulting from a farm accident several years ago. Broke same wrist again recently and the current ortho surgeon had huge praise for the complicated repair done by Dr Flint previously.

After Bilateral Total Knee Replacement in 2013 I have recommended Dr.Flint to three or four friends who also sing his praises. Dr.Flint and his staff are professional and friendly. See my EXCELLENT answers that follow on this page. . Been back to Dr. Flint's practice with a foot problem and a shoulder problem and by following his recommended exercises and physical therapy I'm doing well.
