Dr. Neil Kingsley Groff

Dr Groff is a great doctor, knowledgeable, kind, great bed side manner and funny on top of that. Love him as my family care doctor!!

He is kind, patient, funny, and very thorough! My whole family goes to him for medical issues. He really listens and always gives good advice. He calls back with test results as soon as possible, and offers options to the patient. There is no rushed feeling when you see him. Dr. Neil gives you all of the time you need to fully discuss your issues. I am so thankful for him, and glad we found him 20 years ago!! He is truly one of the best!

Dr. Groff is by far the best doctor that has cared for me and my family but some of his staff are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Nevertheless, their treatment has led me to change my PCM, despite me being seen for close to six years by Dr. Groff. The kicker was when I alerted the office manager of staff behavior and my willingness to leave, she nonchanantly responded, 'Fine'. Unbelievable.

I understand that this is a doctor's office, but the customer service is seriously lacking. They refused to see my son who has an injury to his hand because I said that he may have hurt it at work. They said they didn't see worker's comp cases. I explained this was not a worker's comp. situation that we simply needed to know what was wrong with him. A MEDICAL DOCTOR REFUSED TO SEE A PATIENT... HIS PATIENT... BECAUSE HE COULDN'T TELL HOW HE HURT IT! This is a blatant disregard of treating the peo
