Dr Ramey is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He takes time to listen and answer questions. The office staff is great. Professional, efficient, courteous and friendly.

Dr. Ramey performed a blepharoplasty on me & I have to say he did an amazing job. My eyelids were so hooded & droopy you could not see them at all. It impacted my vision as well. I had no pain associated with the surgery & I healed very quickly. My vision has greatly improved & everyone tells me I look 20 years younger! If you want a surgeon that knows what he is doing, Dr. Ramey is definitely the one! He is excellent!

This guy is an absolute surgical genius! He has been with me through tough times, Including my eye removal back in November 2019 which was the end result of an attack 13 years ago. I see him today to follow up and let him see my new prosthetic eye, as well as hopefully schedule the repairing of the eyelid damage from said attack

Took my mom to see Dr Ramey, and he was very professional and compassionate, making you feel like you are a part of family instead of the typical dr/patient. He was very caring and took his time to explain to my mom about her condition, and made proper referrals He earned a 5 star!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Ramey is the best doctor that I've seen to date. I was impressed from introduction to farewell. He was candid start to finish; completely genuine and honest, and a realist. I also liked that he identified as a perfectionist because when dealing with the actuteness and subtleties of the eyes that is very desirable. I can't say enough good things and I would most definitely recommend in the future. I elected not to go through with the transconjunctival blepheorplasty that I came in for but if I decide otherwise, Dr Ramey is the top choice. A model doctor indeed! I had MoHS cancer surgery ( at Carilion Riverside and Dr. Phillips) in an area right next to my eye and Dr . Ramey not only diagnosed the cancer .. he did my reconstruction surgery... From beginning to end of this endeavor Dr. Ramey was not only professional but friendly and caring as well... I feel so grateful I was referred to him and cannot recommend him Enough.

I’ve had three appointments with Dr. Ramey concerning an eye issue. He was very helpful, kind and professional . The staff at Vistar Center was courteous and polite.

I went to Dr Ramey for congenial Ptosis (droopy eyelids). He was so friendly when he first walked in the room it was like help was your best friend and not just your doctor. Normally I'm scared to death to go to doctors but I want scared aroubd him. He puts your mind at ease as he explained my diagnosis and how the surgery procedure would go. He let me know what to expect. I went the other day for my 1 week follow up and he said the surgery went well but did to my muscles I'll probably have to have surgery again within the next 10-15 years. I hope he is still in the NRV area still and I can go back to him. DR. Ramey more than a doctor he's a caring friend. I highly recommend anyone considering eye surgery or had eye issues to seek his help.

Dr. Ramey was hard to get an appt. with but he explained that cancer and other serious issues get his attention first. I ripped open the stitches on my eye on a Friday night and he didn't hesitate to make a special trip on his day off to re-sew my eye. The ladies in the office were great. He is wonderful, he listens, he is patient and very informative. I would recommend him!

Great doc. Totally understood my panic and axeinty issueso. Did a great job removeingrowth from corner of right eye. Great personality and/or bed side manner. He did a good job listening to me and working around my panic issues. That's an A+ on my book.

Dr Ramey performed two eye surgeries on me. He did a great job and is the most caring Doctor that I have known. He takes time with his patients and he went above and beyond to assist me. I would reccmmend him to all my family and friends.
