Staff and Dr. Ramdev were both very kind and educated explaining the procedure well.

It was an initial visit. I usually ask a lot of questions but didn't know what procedures would be proposed, so was unprepared to ask a lot of questions. The office staff was helpful in scheduling and explaining the financial aspect of my visits. Dr. Ramdev repeatedly gave me the opportunity to ask questions but I was unprepared to ask them. I trust, given his background and excellent reviews, that I am in good hands.

I had a excellent opportunity to meet the staff and understand the procedure to do an implant. The staff, including Dr. Ramdev, was both knowledgable and courteous in all manner.

This is a great practice - I have been a patient for more than 30 years and I believe I still have my teeth because of their care.

Professional and courteous

This is being written only three hours after the procedure. Everyone was very kind & helpful. The woman at the front desk, the same. Dr. Ramdev's assistant was very helpful explaining was would be done during the procedure and what my instructions were after the procedure. I asked her to explain them again after the procedure was completed which she did readily. Dr. Ramdev, himself, was very kind, careful, informative and open to questions. I felt very much at ease with him. And his success rate speaks for itself. Plus, my dentist would not have referred me if he wasn't the best in the area. I am very pleased but, again, this is only three hours after the procedure.

Felt very well cared for throughout the procedure by both Dr. Ramdev and the assisting hygienist. Everything was well explained and my comfort was a priority. Office staff also friendly to deal with. High marks all around.

As a nervous person when it comes to dentistry, the staff and Doctor were quick and professional, making me feel at ease. The staff took the time to answer my questions about aftercare and the plan moving forward.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ramdev today and was impressed with his expertise. I saw that he attended Harvard medical school, so I am looking forward to his treatment plan.

Elaine is the hygienist that I have seen for many years. She is very professional but also is able to come across as very caring and interested in you not only as a patient.

It is great to have Elaine for my hygienist and the expert periodontic care of Dr. Ramdev. If I had listened to two of the other periodontists I went to for opinions, I would have up to 6 fewer teeth! Got two pulled that truly had to go but he worked with me with his treatments to keep the others and to continue to manage / minimize the gum disease.

Always very pleasant, I have been coming here for about 13-14 years. The dental hygienist is very friendly and professional, takes her time and does a great job. I would highly recommend this dental provider.

Dr. Ramdev may want to update his public portal to aid us newcomers to New England. 1) all emails should be formated to display full (formal) contact information. 2) His appointment notices should contain all contact information. 3) His office signage should be updated by profession to be more readable by drivers from the street in traffic. signage should be added to his property to guide the driver to the parking from the street. Dr. Ramdev's staff and his service were very good and complete.

Dr. Nomith Ramdev is highly skilled in using the latest technology . He has vast experience with Surgery and is very confident while performing it. Everything, right from examination , surgery and follow up was done in detail and proper explanation was provided.

I really appreciated the referral to Dr Ramdev that I got from a friend for a grafting consult. His calm and professional manner and comprehensive explanation of the procedure as it relates to my specific needs put me right at ease. Also the office was more personable and user friendly compared to the other practice I had gone to previously.

I didn't see Dr Ramdev today, i think he was delayed or something .in any case, i had a procedure that scanned my mouth by an x-ray that rotated around my head while I was very still and upper &lower impressions of my teeth. all done in fine fashion.

Went for a consultation; I was seen promptly upon arrival in the office, staff was excellent, and proper COVID protocols were in plaace. Dr Ramdev took time to explain what he thought was going on in very simple terms. He answered all of my questions.

Excellent service provided. On time, efficient, and painless.

Very professional, the Dr. clearly explained the issue with my tooth and his recommended course of treatment. Offices were clean and set up well for COVID safety. That said, I was surprised that the individual setting up my follow-up appointment was offended when I chose, what I felt to be in the best interest of both her an myself, to stand 6 feet away instead of sitting in a chair 2 feet away. I thought it was inappropriate that she then remarked that I had sat only 2 feet away from the doctor just a few minutes earlier (well, I was in the examination chair, so.... ) and then told me that she had a tested negative. For all she knew, I might have the virus and could have infected her. Especially since we are in the midst of a spike in community spread, I make it a practice to wear a mask AND socially distance whenever possible, as is recommended by trusted medical authorities. I felt, considering the thorough screening this office implemented, (including making me bring my own pen) that my caution would appreciated, not mocked. I hope this individual will re-think her reaction when interacting with customers in the future.

This dentist's offices are all designed to be especially safe during this covid pandemic. The hygienist who examined, cleaned and polished my teeth was friendly, efficient, clear about what was happening and where some problems lie. My only complaint is that the patient (in this case, me) has to send the insurance form to the insurance company. Most medical practitioners send patient bills and information to the insurance companies for their patients, who then await statement of payments due. WHY doesn't Dr. Ramdev's staff do this for patients????

Dr. Ramdev and his staff are incredible! I'm not one to write reviews but both my experiences with him have been excellent. When I called in pain, the receptionist scheduled me for the very next day. Dr. Ramdev is personable and approachable, not cocky like many other dentists, he listens and is conservative in his approach. Jennifer, the dental assistant, spent time after the appt. to explain my plan of care and answer questions I had. I highly recommend his practice and will refer friends and family to him.

Professional and competent on every level - 1) COVID precautions are abundant, evident, more than adequate 2) Communication before the procedure was thorough, complete. All questions were answered in detail. 3) The procedure was rapid and painless. 4) The post-op instructions were clear. This was a much less stressful experience than I had anticipated.

I had an excellent experience with Elaine. She was thorough and helpful, and I was assured by the up-to-date healthcare vis-a-vis Covid requirements. Also, other staff members were helpful with directions to the Dover office where I had not been in years. Sorry not to see Dr. Ramdev. Good luck to his daughter at BU!

Dr Nomith explains your mouth needs in a way that makes you glad to be seeing someone with his level of expertise. This is my third visit to the office and the staff is taking every care during this Pandemic to follow or exceed the guidelines for patient safety. My Pocket Reduction procedure was complicated by my narrow mouth and the rear location. I gave a 4 instead of 5 only because the administration of the three novacane shots were quite painful despite the "numbing" of the area. I will ask for additional "numbing" in the future. Once the area was ready, the team worked efficiently to complete the procedure and keep me comfortable. They gave great post surgery instructions and I left feeling quite confident.

It was impressive to see all of the precautions the office had taken during the covid pandemic. Not only were the now common standards of no crowding, calling in from the parking lot, wearing masks etc followed, but the hygienist had effective personal protective gear on. The room where the cleaning was done was sealed off from the rest of the office by a sturdy thick plastic zippered protective curtain. Needless to say, the hygienist was excellent.

the usual great job by the tech, but no Dentist to look over my mouth? as much as I like the job of cleaning, at what I pay for the visit I expect the Periodontist to at least look at her comments and take a look himself. It's Elaine that keeps me coming back, not him.
