Dr. Pareshkumar B. Patel

Not only is Dr. Paresh Patel the finest Doctor I have ever had the privilege to know, but the staff is extraordinary in every way. They are efficient, warm, friendly, and supportive. I failed to include the entire staff of Florida Cancer Specialists in my review of Dr. Patel. They are a well organized and competent staff. I thank they, everyone.

I am eternally blessed to have a doctor that genuinely loves his patients and what he does. I love that Dr. Patel treats and sees the patient, not just the diagnosis. Grateful to have moved from Atlanta to Tallahassee, and God kept me covered with another great oncologist. Blessed Beyond the Diagnosis

I will not reiterate what the other reviewers have said about Dr. Patel. They covered all those bases better than I could have done. I share my experience with Dr. Patel on a different realm. Since mere words cannot express being a patient of Dr. Patel’s, I am inspired to creative license borrowing from 1 Corinthians 13: Dr. Patel is patient and kind. He does not boast, and is not proud. He honors everyone, is not self-seeking, nor easily angered or keeps no record of wrongs. He rejoices with the truth and shares it with you. Dr. Patel always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. If he sounds like love to you, he is. If your soul is drawn to him, you will discover at part of heaven on earth.

Dr Patel treats the patient not the condition. He is compassionately straight forward. He is the best physician I have ever had in my entire life.?? All of the staff at FL Cancer Specialist are the cream of the crop. The care is top of the line and they are genuinely kind, competent and professional. I love how they have helped me through this journey. Simply put, I love them.

Since 2010 I was diagnosed with cancer. I initially went to Moffitt Caner Center in Tampa, FL. My cancer went into remission, but in 2018 my cancer returned and my primary doctor spoke with Dr. Patel and he agreed treat me, knowing that I didn't have any health insurance. With God blessing and Dr. Patel treating my cancer is better now then it was. I can't thank Dr. Patel for all of his good works that he has performed on me. I think and know that Dr. Patel is the best cancer doctor in this region. If, hope is all lost in your life, please call this doctor.

Dr. Patel has been the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor a cancer patient could have. I was diagnosed with a very rare cancer and he has diligently worked to find the best treatment for me which included a clinical trial in Sarasota. Although I’m no longer in the trial it was beneficial to getting me where I am today. I know without Dr Patel I would not be here today. I’m so blessed to have him as my Oncologist and my friend. It was a great visit! Dr. Patel always takes as much time as necessary for us to understand what is going on with the disease. He was able to diagnose my rare cancer when no one else could. He personally calls me at home if the blood work shows a change in treatment is required. Could not ask for a better doctor.

My husband has been seeing Dr Patel for 4 years and we're still happy with his work , he shows much concern for his welfare. We highly recommend him to anyone

Dr. Patel saved my life. I was seeing another Doctor here in Tallahassee. My wife and son insisted that I get another opinion. My son knew Dr. Patel and go me an appointment. I knew more about my leukemia after a 20 minute conversation than I had learned in the previous three years. Words can never express my respect and appreciation of Dr. Patel. I have been seeing him for five years and I continue to improve. Thank God for him.

Dr. Patel set a plan in motion for treatment of small cell lung cancer (chemo and radiation). 5 years still in remission. Kind and compassionate care by an informed and capable physician.

I have been battling MDS for many years. Dr. Patel’s extensive knowledge, experience and care are what finally put me in remission! Without his help and encouragement I would not be writing this review right now. Dr. Patel knew exactly what to do in my case and just never gave up on me. I owe Dr. Patel my life. He is my HERO.

Dr. Pareshkumar Patel put me in remission. Not only is he extensively knowledgeable, he is such a caring person and so genuine. I’m so blessed because God put Dr. Patel in my path.

Dr Patel re evaluated my husband . He continued care, increased meds and my husband has done wonderfully. He has made this disease tolerable and has been a guiding force for us to follow. He is up to date on new meds.

Dr. Patel was my mom's oncologist for 6 years. When she was first diagnosed in 2011 until she passed 2017. He picked the perfect surgeon & radiation oncologist. From her initial diagnosis until the end, he was the most compassionate, honest, sincere physician. My mom loved him & the staff at FL Cancer Specialists. At the end when her tumor markers were rising again and she weighed 72 lbs, he was compassionate enough to refrain from more treatments and to help my mom transition to Hospice.

Dr. Patel explained everything to me. He was patient and kind. And very knowledgeable. If it wasn't for him knowing what he does as an oncologist, my surgeon wanted me to go through chemotherapy, which I did not need. If you want a doctor who listens and cares, Dr. Patel is the doctor you want.

Dr. Patel carefully listens to patients, is supportive, calming, reassuring, and is the best physician I have ever had the great good fortune to be treated by. In short I believe he is the BEST!

Wonderfull communication. He listens and explains, as many times as you need to hear it. Good or bad, he is honest with you.
